- yikes. Naga Siren laning nerfed, but overall buff. Honestly Volvo you need to nerf that ult.

- HOLY **** VOLVO WHY. WHY U DO DIS. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH PA. New PA build is Desolator Vladmir's Offering Battlefury. Armor reduction and lifesteal ( maybe crit ) daggers with 15 mana cost. she will literally throw a Dagger into neutrals and instakill it.

- Needed buff for TB. that AoE gonna be pretty crazy and I think I see Octarine Radiance TB in the future. That cooldown reduction will be crazy good with new illusion conversion. Sunder more decent.

- Tusk balanced. Not buff or nerf imo. Aghs now viable as a nuke.

Overall decent patch but doesn't really fill my expectations. I wanted some good buffs for the heroes unused. Also was hoping for some nerds to casters since they are ao strong right now opposed to right clickers. Oh well.

Most of your assumptiond are really really wrong. The hero that got the most buffs this patch believe it or not is Riki, with buffs to the hero and major buffs to Diffusal Blade.

Abaddon still bad, nobody gets aghs on him anyway. People will stil max blink regardless on AM. Bat is still trash, why would you get aghs instead of blink force? Plus, the aghs only pulls one extra target in 400 AoE, not all of them. Elder Titan still trash, lifesteal doesn't grant life from Impetus, you need Octarine for that.

Naga buff? Who gets aghs on Naga lol. Leshrac still good, don't get your hopes up. Luna and Legion got some nice buffs. Don't worry, Troll is still trash tier. Tiny might be better.


All in all, decent patch. Reason why my comment is so short is because it is from my phone. Oherwise I'd do a thorough analisys.

Abaddon has one of the 10 best Aghs in the game. EVERYONE goes Aghs on Abaddon, except the scrublords who think he's a safe lane carry. His Aghs is the main reason to pick the hero in the first place!

35% damage reduction to your entire team and freely healing yourself was already insanely strong. Now it's probably overpowered.

And ever heard about support Naga? Now with ultra-buffed Aghs and the ability to fully heal her entire team to counter-initiate, she's one of the best late game supports in dota.

Naga's heal is 56% of max hp.

And yes, abaddon is a good answer to those drafting teamfight heroes. 7 second redirect will let you absorb quite a lot from say Echo slam,chain frost,magnus RP +followup, Thundergods wrath, Ice blast, ETC.

He is a true tanker in those crucial seconds. But i cant truely disagree with wulfstan. Aghs is a greedy#4 way. Otherwise, they ignore you. Hence people go damage and control items on abaddon.
My endeavor was to remedy that.

Yet, almost none plays support naga and if they do they try to transition just like Aui did. And if that Abaddon aghs is so strong, why didn't we see him in the meta as a counter yo AoE damage? Oh right, because there's plenty more items that are better on him than aghs. He's not an aghs make or bteak just like AA is for example. Reason why the aghs upgrade is complete garbo. You pick Abaddon for Aphotic shield which is by far one of the best skills in the game and for that measly heal, not for an Aghs upgradr that looks good on paper.

people were saying tiny meta was last meta when the patch notes came out, and this patch has yet another buff.

Maybe in pubs support Naga isn't played, but she's a crazy good hero in competitive play. Very much a hero that a team either players or doresn't, but she's still crazy good (And she doesn't transition anymore. You build utility items like Greaves or Solar Crest. Rarely ag's). Laning nerf hurts her a lot tho because she's no longer quite so good at zoning heroes

Tiny will still be a little weak because WW is still a stupidly good hero. He'll get love, but not that much more than currently I wager.


Speaking of Ag's, I think the Undying one needs a little more respect. It's a 4s AOE nuke that's giving you 190 per hero hit. That's bloody insane, and gives the hero some sense of direct scaling now. (Combined with a technical tombstone buff)

The problem with abaddon is getting the aghs.
You will get it and that's maybe at 40 mins. Arcanes/tranquils+ soul ring, mek, force, blink, urn (some of those ) and then aghs. As a 5 there is very little chance you are getting aghs any time soon.

Also I really don't think bat is still ****. Aghs isn't meant to replace blink+ force, it's supposed to be something you buy after. There actually weren't that many good items for bat (bone7 went for mask and madness with lothars after blink+force which isn't amazingly useful).
Now tho, you buy aghs and you are basiclly a mini RP + skewer

Is it weird that I wish Bat's ag's was toggleable? Like, I think I want to grab two people on my first initiation, because it feels like it can back-fire. Whereas I absolutely want it later on in the fight when I'm doing my refreshed lasso jump.

It's just weird, because it doesn't actually buff what Batrider is meant to do, it just makes him scarier in the super late game.
