Whilst I will admit it is quite the versatile skill, I have to disagree with you.
In the early game The Swarm is an expensive skill to cast at 100 mana. Personally I do not find it too useful because of Desolator - either you or someone else on your team may have it and that deals the full -15 armor immediately rather than over a period of 20 seconds as well as giving a bonus of 60 damage points. Consequently you can deal the full armor reduction and amount of damage the swarm can do within a fraction of the time, and without the risk of giving the enemy free gold.
Another reason is that I believe Weaver needs the stat boosts to make him more effective at carrying compared to using the swarm.
But hey, everyone has their own opinion and playstyle.

Am I the only one though who doesn't level up the swarm until everything else is fully leveled (including stats)?
That is exactly what i just said.... :/
You said that "Guinsoo does intact work for Riot" which I said "The founder of dota doesnt work for riot" which seems like you were disagreeing with my by stating that.
Guinsoo didn't found DotA.

Eul is the father of DotA, where as Steve Feak, Guinsoo, is the guy that made the version of DotA (Allstars) that became the popular version. AndGuinsoo does in fact work for LoL.

Personally i feel it's wrong of Blizzard to call the name Dota and all it includes their property, furthermore i think it is wrong that they can do that only because the mod was made on their engine. I mean they got nothing related to Dota that could make it theirs other than it being on their game, LoL got the guy who founded Dota (if we don't take that Starcraft map's name which i missed), and Valve got IceFrog who picked up the mod after it's founder left it. Blizzard got... well no rights in my opinion. I think it is both wrong of Blizzard to sue Valve over the copyright and to try and copyright it themselves, to me they seem like a bunch of kids who aren't happy about people getting ahead of them on the market.
