Even though his base movement speed is reduced just by 5, he definitely feels much clunkier when the sun starts to shine. Also, casting Void during the day, which deals 45/80/127.5/167.5 damage, became quite useless before it's maxed out to level 4. And even then, it deals just 167.5 damage. Generally speaking, this hero isn't that comfortable to play as he used to be - the half damage nerf has a huge impact on his performance.
