Come one guys. The worst teamfighter is without a doubt:

Spirit Breaker

Honorable mentions:
Night Stalker - single target semi carry, no good.
Abaddon - good tank. That's it.
This is my signature. This is my dotabuff.

Charge of Darkness has a 12s cooldown. A well positioned charge will stun 2-3 people on average. Having that ability on a 12 second cooldown is pretty powerful. Oh, and again getting into and amongst supports with Nether Strike. Just because the heroes reallly good at ganking doesn't mean his arsenal is useless for team-fights.

Abaddon purges stuns and keeps people alive/has a spammable nuke. His impact is relatively subtle, but he's not exactly awful either. He gets worse as the game goes on however, so he eventually becomes a bad team-fighter.

Nightstalker is... interesting. He's got a lot of potential right-click early on, is fairly tanky, and has a spammable nuke, and a silence/blind. So he has alright CC to back things up (But he is again better at pick-offs/small scale skirmishes rather than big 5 on 5 team-fights). But he definately brings a form of unique team-fight advantage to a fight; Vision.

Better vision means that you get better choice of when and where to initiate, and which fights to take than the opponent. The reduced vision from Darkness is actually massive, because it makes the opposing team have to play more scared and more cautious.

So whilst I'd say he doesn't bring direct team-fight, he definately gives you a team-fight advantage of a form.

Since you just can't have enough Chaos Breaker.

Abaddon buys Aghanim's Scepter. His entire team now takes 35% reduced damage. Your argument is invalid.
Just stop playing carry Abaddon and go Mek/Aghs/blink/AC or something, and you'll see he's awesome in teamfights.

No hero is useless - what we're looking for here is the worst ;) Imo, SB is among the worst.

I was actually not aware that his Agh's upgrade redirected damage, hm. That makes him better, but still bad.

Spirit Breaker can really lock an enemy down though. Broodmother offers no such thing apart from some decent right click damage.

Anyone who goes for solo pickoffs, splitpushing, or otherwise "single player dota" is gonna be pretty bad. Funny enough, before opening the thread my first thought was Bounty Hunter as well. He sits back and tracks everyone and MAYBE picks off stragglers.

Spirit Breaker is actually good in teamfights, especially with Scepter. He can effectively charge the whole team if his positioning is good.

Nature's Prophet, Brood, and Lycan are all pretty bad. With the right builds they can be ok, but they generally gear toward split push which means avoiding fights.

Riki is a good teamfighter tbh. Not excellent, but good. AoE silence is always useful, and he can blink around the fight all he wants. He puts out a lot of damage if left alone, and with BKB and smoke he's pretty damn hard to kill.

Lycan's fairly legit in teamfights IMO, Howl's good for giving his team better damage and he gets crits with Shapeshift which he'll proc quite a bit thanks to his passive. But what's really great about him is his scouting capability; level 3-4 wolves pretty much function as free wards that can move, allowing someone like Batrider to blink in and initiate. Another thing to keep in mind is that he's immune to slows while shapeshifted, making him perfect for chasing down stragglers or anyone trying to kite him.

So yeah, I'd say Broodmother.

She's just bad against heroes that have any aoe farming ability. Heroes like PA find it hard to deal with so many spiders unless she has a BF.
