I like your style. But it's not enough.

First, I'd issue an ultimatum to the Iron Horde; hand over Gul'dan, or be mana bombed into oblivion. Mana bomb the entirety of Gorgrond to prove a point.

After they hand him over, mana bomb them anyway. Execute any subordinates who object.

Realise that Varian has given me most of the Alliance forces. Decide to abuse his trust.

With a core of loyal followers, organise some subterfuge to make it look like the king has attempted to strand his forces on Draenor, feeling threatened. Manipulate the betrayal the troops feel to turn them against the monarch.

Head out of Draenor with the (similarly betrayed) AU Draenei, strip-mining Draenor of all natural resources along the way before shattering the world to flip the bird at the Legion.

Get back to Azeroth and stage a bloody coup de tat (spelling?) in Stormwind. Publicly execute Varian for his 'crimes', kill Anduin for being a liability. Bargain with Greymane for his loyalty in exchange for retaking Gilneas.

Call up Vol'jin and ask him how much he likes Sylvanas. The extent of his dislike will be directly proportional to the number of mana bombs dropped on Undercity. Retake Gilneas.

At this point, assume that the other faction leaders are complaining a bit. Assassinate Velen, making it look like the night elves did it. Burn down Teldr***il in retaliation. Install a friendly Draenei as their leader - probably not Yrel, she's too nice. Actually, she probably wouldn't have survived past step 4.

Bait some bloodthirsty Horde generals into attacking now-undefended Ashenvale since the night elves are basically extinct. Use this as an excuse to declare war. Give the dwarves territory in Kalimdor in exchange for their loyalty. Offer the Blood Elves Lordaeron for their loyalty.

Mass genocide of orcs, tauren and trolls follows. Annihilate the remains of the undead. Pay the goblins to join me using the Horde's stolen dosh. Take over all of Azeroth. If N'Zoth decides to act, slap him so hard the Nether feels it.

Sit back in my titanic pleasure palace with some extremely expensive wine and half a dozen concubines. Cackle wildly, steeple my fingers, and say 'just as planned' with an incredibly smug look on my face.
