Tera, you need to surrender your TB title to me. If you don't even consider him as Tier1.
Shame.

I think CK can also be grouped with the likes of TB and Morph. In fact he can wreck each of them given hes 6 slotted with ulti. Many members have assented to the possibility of CK being unstoppable if 6 slotted..

On to the void part. I would really like to know why you say he got buffed. Enlighten me, no sarcasm.

Well, he fares well against the tier 1s because he directly counters Spectre and can rat Medusa into oblivion, but he simply doesn't outcarry them in a vacuum. While a 6-slotted CK is a powerhouse, when is he ever 6 slotted? Something to consider is how farmed can these heroes reasonably get, and CK is unlikely to pass 4 slots. Also remember I'm not talking about perfect fights when judging this, I'm referring to split pushing, downtime/uptime, and a bunch of other factors.

Void's buff as I see it was that Time Walk has a bigger lategame impact than Backtrack did, because it's hard to burst you down, and you just recover the burst that they did. In addition, you got what amounted to a free Time Dilation which is a damn good ability to let you wail on people. You no longer have to burst down enemies because you keep healing and cooldown freezing, which means your low-ish DPS isn't as big an issue as you still manfight to a standstill.
That said, I would like to see Void get some DPS buff.
There are two kinds of people in the world; those who can count, and those who can't.

Err Tera I am confused...do these Tier mean how hard a carry actually carries. Lists like that aren't really useful tbh because it always depends on the circumstances (in some games Chaos Knight carrys way harder than a Medusa but only in some).
KCAF I think that Terathiel is right (at least if I got the list right). Terrorblade (assuming the farming build) can farm incredibly farm but he will definetely fall off against Medusa or Spectre or void because he doesn't scale as good as them (not that powerful in teamwiping aspects, tankiness, solokill...) which means he still scales incredibly hard but he stops at one point.
Usually TB would just farm a few items and then unleash his power upon the enemy team while the poor enemy Spectre still only has her Boots of Speed and a Radiance.

Who goes Boots into Radiance on Spectre this patch? Forget about this hero being a hardcarry, same with Void. Literally the only reason people play her is easy Haunt killsteals. They get early game items like Urn and Drums and then top it off with Diffusal and finish the game because outside of laning stage this hero is a monster when built accordingly.

Look at this ****, 34 min avg match duration. 62% total winrate for last 3 months and 30% winrate in 50+ min matches. If you see a guy go Boots -> Radiance in 6.86, just report him. Seriously, that's like Eblade-Dagon Riki or Radiance Bloodseeker - a gameruin build.

Hm, instead of farming creeps she's farming assists doesn't think that makes her any less of a hard carry. :) Her potential is not realy limited by that. If the game goes long enough to have skadi, satanic and so on... She's just as strong. And maybe u can go still late radiance...

If the game goes late and you build around Dispersion, any enemy core(or even support by that time) buys a Silver Edge and makes you a useless 3000 HP creep. If you don't build around Dispersion then you're not a hardcarry since it is the primary source of her carry potential.

Guys...you are going offtopic again...this was an interesting thread and you are just arguing over things that have nothing to do with it. Neither Spectre's build (which would be ******ed indeed but was just an amount of gold) nor Silver Edge have something to do with this thread. Open up a new thread and we can discuss about it.

Spectre is a carry.
This is a thread about best carries in this patch.

?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Also about those "on topic pls" messages in every other thread. It's not like Dotafire forum is big community with hundreds of post every day so there's no need for this voluntary topic vigilance. Threads usually go offtopic on this forum because there's nothing to be said on topic of conversation, creating 1425783945 threads for every matter that doesn't 100% correlate with the topic is at the very least awkward and inconvenient, I'd even say dumb. If mods decide that relevant conversation enforcement is necessary, you may be sure they will do it, but if you haven't noticed, they don't do it unless a thread degenerates into something completely chaotic.

What about Phantom Assassin, Juggernaut, Razor, Phantom Lancer, those old school carries (or semicarries or the name you want to put them) Are they trash now? I think Juggernaut deserves a mention at least.
