Orb of Venom is one such item. Magic Stick and Magic Wand also. Not to mention Ghost Scepter and a casual Cloak in some situations.

Not Magic Wand, it's an upgrade :P.

Oh, and Ring of Health.

EDITEDITEDIT:
An early un-upgraded Morbid Mask can also be useful for regen on some heroes.

Demon Edge. So good. Get this on Gyrocopter/ Phantom Assassin/whatever before your BKB and you'll have the luxury of actually dealing damage instead of just wasting BKB charges to hit like a neurasthenic frog. Extremely cost-efficient item.
Crystalys also.

And Point Booster. The best item in the game <3

Blades give +9 attack dmage.
Can build into phase and crystalys.
Bracers and wraith bands are not basic items
