Arcane Rune looks so weird.

Map Changes I need to see to evaluate. No doubt they are huge though. Especially offlane camps.

So... Axe, Dark Seer, Batrider, Tidehunter and Beastmaster among some got great offlane buffs.

Batrider - Just a casual 2 HP regen a second. Sure?

Brewmaster buffs seem waaay too much.

Bristleback ag's sounds so funny. And I think makes Ag's Octarine Core legit on him now.

The Power Cogs circle might be a really big nerf. Need to verify.

Dazzle is still a good hero. Sad times.

Death Prophet change is weird; I think it'll work out to be a buff, it just makes things weirder

Doom - Pls don't tell me percentage HP damage will be a major thing now. That's just not a good sign. Also right click Doom is never going to be a thing again.

Good God what is that Dragon Knight buff? 12 HP/s... That's what two free Ring's of Health? And a ring of regen?

Earth Spirit is now probably fair since he can only pull allies with Ag's. Or at least, I'm fine with him in CM now.

Earth Splitter is now a solid ability, even if unreliable.

Enigma that movespeed buff is deceptively huge. Depending on how the map change affect jungle paths that might be one of the biggest buffs the hero could get.

Faceless Void - On the one hand utlity Void is now basically his role. On the other hand, his escape ability on the offlane is now garbage in comparason to before. Also the actual ability itself is hilarious.

Huskar has got to be either a fair hero, or trash now. Linear scaling works fine for me, but only 50% Magic resist means he's now not auto win.

OMFG Invoker is now actually a legitimately good hero. Like, that was the greatest buff Icefrog could give him, because now his skill progression is actually decent when going 1-1-1, which is the best way to go on him thanks to Alacrity. Along with the Arcane Rune, that's just great.

As if laning against Jakiro wasn't obnoxious already, now he has great base damage ¬_¬

So... KotL is now great with the STR brawlers? Like significantly better.

Kunkka's scepter is really hard to judge. I think it might be a little too good if you can reliably get it. Also holy **** Tidebringer is now a good ability because it is autocast. He can now lane properly. That has to make him a thing... right?

The Legion ag's is now not the worst in the game. I don't think it's very good unless you are really far ahead on LC, which kinda suits the hero, but it's not garbage.

Infest is now kinda okay, given if nothing else it's now a form of Midas as you level it up, which suits LS just fine.

Ewww Lion buffs. I like the hero, but eww.

Well Lone Druid is now a thing; Buy a Blink dagger, blink in to make people trying to stop the bear run, and have a 0 down time Rabid? Sure, that sounds fine.

Man mode Lycan is go; Necro Books with crit, and the wolves having an AS slow? That's just begging for him to join fights.

Magnus Ag's is probably something he'll buy; He doesn't have slot issues and it seems solid, even if it's not that flashy. Nice bit of utlity. I think he's also offlane viable again.

Can't tell if Mystic Snake got buffed or nerfed. I think it's an early nerf, but a late game buff, which is fine for me.

Meepo - I'm fine with that nerf, the interaction seemed so random.

Mirana - You still won't be very good I don't think. But now I guess you can kind of jungle inefficiently when things are going badly?

Morphling - I hope the item buffs were nice to you, because this is kinda meh. Admittedly STR mode having some damage early is nice.

Nyx Assassin - So.... That's even closer to being able to stun lock people with Ag's? WHHHHHHHHHHY?

Ogre Magi - 'Slaps him' 'Slaps him' ...why can't you diiiiiie? Seriously though, he has to be the hardest to kill level 1 hero now, which means he's gotta be relevent soon.

Oracle - On the one hand, yay you can purge allies. On the other hand, oh God your ulti jsut keeps gettig worse and worse and worse.

Overcompensating Decorator; Well he's now a hero; Flash farm, Orb now steals INT, and longer entrapment. Like ******** IF went to down with him. This seems so damn good.

Puck - That's probably really relevent to offlane Puck, and semi good for mid Puck, because spamming early orb is easier.

Pudge - What the hell is that ag's? Like holy ****, that has to be one of the best ag's in the game now. Without a doubt. Dismember suddenly becomes really good, and mean the hero having farm isn't a bad thing. And makes him even better as a support.

Riki... is this like SoF that's channeled to do it repeateldy? That seems really weird, but I like it. Also he's now is actually good in the safe lane as a result. He might be super legit now.

Sand King - Initating from one and a half screens away? I see what you did OSfrog... I like it.

Shadow Fiend Ag's is weird, and will probably never be used seriously. Nerf's probably mean a lot, but jungle camp Magic resist hurt him so badly anyway.

Shadow Shaman.... So he's got what the best nuke in the game? Sure. Sure thing. Ward buff is also huge in the late game. So he's gotten buffed massively for now reason.

Silencer - That new ability is really weird. But I lvoe the theme behind it, continually punishing you for using spells. As silencer should.

Sladar - Called it.

Sven - Well core still won't buy it, but yay for support sven.

Tidehunter - The ability feels a little underwhelming for the gold, but meh. Cast time change is huge though.

Timbersaw - Well it's something.

Tiny - Is that all? I'm glad it happened, but is that really all?

Treant Protector - Roaming Tree no longer has the worst mana issues in the game, PPD will be happy.

Troll Warlord Ew troll buffs. It's a nice buff, but ew.

Tusk - Thank you for allowing physics to beat snow OSFrog. But could you nerf him a little more pls?

Ursa - Now there's a sceptre worth buying. Gotta be like Blink, Basher, BKB, Ag's now surely?

Vengeful Spirit - Super good buff. Not much more to say.

Windranger - I don't think that's entirely enough, but I guess the spell is less ********ty now, which is fine. Angle is still a little much.

Winter Wyvern - Stop nerfing the ulti, just kill the ******** heal. Also Winter's Curse seems kinda bad now? I guess it's just really good at buying time to get tower damage in, or to run. But that's so weird.

Wraith King - Yay the hero can lane aggresively without constaly pushing the wave.

Items:

Faire Fire is either going to replace Tangoes in some lanes, or be entirely useless. Not sure which.

Dragon Lance - Is that like something for Weaver? It seems really weird given it's a mid tier item. I guess any mid-game focused ranged heroes like Luna will love it. Actually, Luna should really love it.

Aether Lens is going to be core on so many support heroes surely? Depending on how it works, as in actually make the spells reach further like Fissure or Earth Spike that just seems stupid for the cost.

Iron Talon is weird as hell. Doesn't it just nerf Lone Druid immensely?

Yay no more double couriers.

Bottle in the side shop is a huge change. Even if the regen is lowered and it's only one charge, that's legitimately massive given how a lot of safe laners actually like Bottle.

Deadalus is probably a lot better. So yay Sven buffs.

Hood of Defiance is now an okay casual item. Or at least, having it but now the pipe doesn't feel as bad.

Iron Branch KappaRoss. Also there's gonna be a tango interaction there that probably means a lot.

Aaaaand MKB is no longer strictly better than Crit in most situations. On the other hand, it's technically an evasion buff, which is bad.

So Ring of Protection is back to it's old form. Kinda weird I guess, but so be it.

Rod of Atos is a good item. And yet more OD buffs. That hero must be shining now.

Silver Edge - Sorry what? Why is it no longer despellable? I mean I know you hate Huskar, but seriously?

Veil of Discord is also super good now. So much value.
