Greetings From Exile! While I may not be playing Dota at the moment, that doesn't mean I've been away from the game or this site! Since the current trend is everyone making their own version of 6.89, I figured I may as well join in! Hope you enjoy! And I'll probably add more stuff that I recall.

General:
-Fixes a glitch where a hero called " Slark" appears in the hero selection pool.
This glitch is absolutely game breaking, I think this hero might still be in development since his abilities clearly aren't properly balanced yet.

- Elder Titan Is added to the game.
I really liked this hero in Dota 1 and I've been waiting for a long time for Ice Frog to add him in Dota 2.

- Silver Edge debuff (the break and damage reduction) are now dispellable by becoming spell immune.
PA, put down the Battle Fury and pick up the Black King Bar

NEW ITEM:
THE WABBAJACK!
Builds From: Level 5 dagon plus 1500 gold Recipe
What does it do? A more appropriate quest would be what DOESN'T it do? Each time you use this item, its effect is one random effect of ANY active ability or item in the game. You can use it on allies or enemies. Don't have too much fun!
Mana Cost: 17% of your current Mana
Cast Range: 322
Cooldown: 17


Heroes:
Abaddon:
-Base Attack Time decreased to 1.6
-Starting Agility increased from 17 to 20
-Towers now benefit from the attack speed increase of Curse of Avernus
It's time for the Lord of Avernus to make the jump from semi-carry to carry.

Alchemist:
-Base Attack Time decreased to 1.6 (BAT of Chemical Rage remain unchanged).
-Strength Gain increased from 1.8 to 2
Make it so that Alch can actually do something when he doesn't have ulti up.

Axe:
-Reworked Battle Hunger: Now if the affected enemy is within the attack range of one of their towers, the debuff won't go away even if they killed something and the duration is increased if they stay by their tower.
Battle Hunger right now feels like a really weak skill and it doesn't do what I feel it should; force enemies to man up and fight, Tinker or KOTL camping their tier 3 and killing creeps? Battle Hunger them and force them out of hiding.

Doom
-AGI Gain increased from 0.9 to 1
-Starting INT increased from 13 to 17
Give him a stat gain that's actually a whole number and a slight buff for his mana pool.

Drow Ranger:
-Starting AGI decreased from 26 to 25
- Precision Aura bonus reduced from 20%/26%/32%/38% to 20%/25%/30%/35%
- Marksmanship bonus is reduced by 20% for each enemy hero that within 400 search radius of the hero (meaning no bonus is given when all 5 heroes are in the radius).
Aura's pretty good atm, so just water it down a tad and make it so that her ulti bonus is somewhat useful in engagements.

Earthshaker
- Fissure can now be manually ended, the cooldown won't be started until the fissure ends (manually or when the duration ends).
Not sure why OSFrog is scared to nerf this guy. Now the ability doesn't have as much uptime (8 second wall duration, 15 second cooldown) and if you mess up and block your allies; you can end the fissure prematurely and let them through.

Ember Spirit:
-Cast Point increased to .15
Much Deserved.

Invoker:
-Bonuses from Quas, Wex and Exort are all disabled by break.
-Base Attack Time increased to 1.85
- Forge Spirit Base attack time increased to 1.9
- Ghost Walk duration is now scaled based on the level of Quas:
30/35/40/45/50/55/60 (65*)
- Ghost Walk cooldown is now scaled based on the level of Wex:
85/80/75/70/65/60/55 (50*)
Ghost Walk is a skill that shouldn't have 100% uptime and Alacrity is a very potent steroid especially when paired with Forge Spirit.

Magnus:
- Empower can be used on towers.
Bloodlust+ Empower= Carry Tower.

Phantom Assassin:
- Phantom Strike can now be used on towers.
-AGI Gain increased from 3.15 to 3.3
Rat Assassin anyone?

Phantom Lancer:
-Added Aghanim's Scepter upgrade: Juxtapose illusion duration is now 10 seconds for both illusions proced Phantom Lancer himself and his illusions and damage dealt by all of Phantom Lancer's illusions is increased by 5% (i.e. PL's Manta Style illusions would deal 38% damage instead of 33%, Juxtapose illusions would deal 21% damage instead of 16% damage and so on).
Diffusal Blade nerfs really took a toll on PL, that means it's time for an agh's!

Pudge:
- Meat Hook no longer pierces spell immunity
-Allies pulled by Meat Hook will disjoint projectiles aimed at them.
- Flesh Heap decreases Pudge's movement speed 1 per stack.
He probably deserves a bigger nerf, but this is a good start.

Razor:
- Static Link duration now begins after the drain ends (drain and buff duration are unchanged)
- Eye of the Storm cast point is now 0.
-Agh's Eye of the Storm can now target Roshan in addition to buildings.
-INT Gain increased from 1.8 to 2.1
-Starting INT increased from 19 to 21
-AGI gain increased from 2 to 2.4
Razor isn't that great ATM so you can throw a few buffs his way.

Rubick:
-INT Gain increased from 2.4 to 3.0
-null field damage resist increased to 10%/15%/20%/25%
It takes some smarts to be a Grand Magus, and ought to more or less alleviate his mana issues, and little buff to his passive ought to help push high ground.

Shadow Demon
- Disruption now freezes cooldowns of the targeted hero and deals 1 damage (nonlethal) to the target after the ability ends.
I don't know how to play SD, but I figure he ought to have a way to counter mobility heroes so he's a tad more useful.

Sniper
-Now an INT Hero
-Removed From Captains Mode
-Base Attack Time increased to 1.8
- Shrapnel is unchanged (for now)
- Take Aim and Headshot are removed
- Take Aim is replaced by Lock On, which now increases Sniper's cast range and attack range (though not to the degree that Take Aim increased it).
- Headshot is replaced by Ballistic Round, a unique attack modifier that has a chance to either jam an enemy's weapon, temporarily disarming them or disrupt their concentration, temporarily silencing them.
- Assassinate is replaced by Shooting Gallery, a channeled ability with an AoE that surrounds Sniper. When activated, Sniper fires off shots in rapid succession at all enemies in Shooting Gallery's AoE. Shooting Gallery's damage is determined by Sniper's attack damage and his INT stat.
Well Hamster, you've been wanting a Sniper rework for as long as I've known you, so here's my go at reworking Sniper, I might look into it even further if enough people are interested.

Tinker
- Rearm no longer works on Blade Mail.
- Rearm doesn't work on the Wabbajack.
Now Tinker can't kill an Arcane Curse spamming Silencer or take advantage of the new Battle Hunger

Tiny
-Agh's Damage to Towers decreased from 75% to 50%
-AGI gain increased from 0.9 to 1
75% damage is ridiculous, especially since Tiny is already boasting a ton of damage as is. Also, it just feels obnoxious to have a stat gain that's below 1.

Troll Warlord:
- Battle Trance now affects towers.
It's high time we have a tower meta.

Witch Doctor
- Paralyzing Cask now roots instead of stunning.
- Death Ward's damage source is now from Witch Doctor himself (meaning it can be reflected onto Witch Doctor.
Seriously, cask is annoying and you ought to be able to punish Death Ward somehow.

Zeus:
-Reworked Aghanim's Scepter upgrade: Scepter no longer increases Thundergod's Wrath damage. Now, whenver an enemy hero gets killed by Thundergod's Wrath, all remaining enemy heroes will be hit by an additional lightning strike that deals damage equal to the current level of Lightning Bolt. Only the ult's lighting strike can proc the secondary strike, ergo a hero being killed by the second strike won't proc further strikes.
Let's legitimize Agh's+Refresher.
