Yes but it won't kill the hero under the effect of
Sorry for the bad choice of words, I was wondering if full damage was returned and not just 1 hp if you were under both the effect of shallow grave and blade mail, not the enemy :-) I later tested it out and even though you have only 1 hp, blade mail returns more than 1 damage (after counting resistances).
