The Karmic Executioner is a rakshasa that embodies the concept of instant karma, that those who sin will have their own actions justifiably turned against them. This perfectly reflects his kit, as most of his abilities are designed to punish enemies from harming you or your team.

Those who fight back shall know that they're only fighting themselves.

ABILITY OVERVIEW :

	Shackles of Shakti Deals initial damage and root, then curses them to become damaged and rooted again every time they attack or cast a spell.
	Repression The next attack or attack instance will deal critical damage and supply him with a physical barrier.
	Karmaphala Channels a barrier. If the channel is interrupted or released, Narakakatanayaka will unleash an AoE attack around him based on damage absorbed and his attack damage. With a perfect parry, the return slash deals max damage and stuns.
