When the small camp was close to the hard camp, you could simply kill it every minute and, in the meanwhile, stack the big camp until ~5 minutes; after it, you could cast an Ion Shell on a small creep in the big camp and go back and forth waiting for the shell to kill the creeps. That's more or less what the six-minute Blink Dagger jungle Batrider consisted of, except he used Firefly on the stacked camp.

As for the "best jungler", Enigma is hands down the one that can get most cs (more than the main carry most of the time) by staying in the jungle. And about the "bad" junglers, Lifestealer, Ursa and Lycanthrope (who, aside from N'aix, can still do ok with Bottle crowing but are way more efficient in lane) are the worst choices; Legion Commander and Doom are still decent though.

Why is ursa considered bad at it? I've seen it done effectively. I'm missing something I guess.

Ursa is very slow at jungling and he is very very susceptible to ganks since all he can do is run away or die.People get to farm with Ursa because the supports don't disturb him early game, and 25 minutes later you're going to see him go insane with a Black King Bar / Blink Dagger, Vladmir's Offering and Aegis of the Immortal.

It's as Wulfstan says, you'll Farm faster and easier in Lane with decent Support. Junglers like Enigma, Chen, etc. don't do much worse in the Jungle than they would in Lane, and they're Supports so they're capable of Ganking and Pushing without much Farm, so they don't have to stay in the Jungle for very long. Afk Junglers like Ursa weaken your Team as a whole, because you have to Solo 2 Laners, and only get 1 Support to buy the Courier + Wards + Smoke + Dust + everything else your Team needs.

People stop Jungling Lifestealer...now they Support with him!

Crushing wishes is fun <}3
