Phantom Assassin with Sheepstick, Bloodthorn, BKB, Satanic, BoTs, and MKB did 1.3k dps.
Replace MKB with manta, you go up to 1.5k DPS.
Replace sheep with skadi, you go up to 1.6k DPS.
Replace skadi with MKB, you go up to 1.7k DPS.
With Sheepstick, Bloodthorn, Daedalus, Satanic, BKB, BoTs, you do 1.4k. Replacing Sheepstick with MKB and you go up to 1.7k, with a rather convincing burst of 3k. Replace the MKB with Manta, and you're up to 1.85k. If you replaced the Daedalus instead of the MKB, you're at 1.75k.
Burst is about the same across all builds, at 2.3kish with a crit in the first 4 hits. It varied over the multiple tests, because you know, RNG, especially when you get illusions. Reliably, you still do less burst than Morphling does sustained.
Seriously, if this doesn't convince you that Manta is the highest DPS item for PA I really don't know what will. You don't HAVE to have exceptional stats for it to work, and it's even the highest DPS item for Void who doesn't even have a 450% crit for the illusions to use. It's limited only by the illusions not blinking with you, and by it not having 100% uptime. But, provides way more utility and adds a bit of farming speed as well. Across every single test I conducted, replacing any item - even Daedalus - with manta yielded a DPS increase. This included burst, and in fact made the burst more reliable because you had 12 potential hits to crit instead of 4.

OK, fair enough, maybe Manta Style is a really good DPS item in the late game when you have high stats.
True, it's technically the best damage amplification you can get, with 56%/66% damage amp compared from the 36% from Daedalus.
The efficiency of manta only starts kicking in once your stats are really high. I think that's why it feels pretty worthless when you get it as a 2nd item but becomes really good when you're farmed.

.
Well, yeah, I've never said get Manta early on in your item progression since it is outclassed early on by other things. As a 3rd or 4th item, though, it really starts outclassing the competition.
As for Drow... I'd already done a few tests with her. The Thor build netted about 2.6k DPS from recollection, the standard build considerably less. I'll have to check again to get my numbers right but it's very much a glass cannon build - kind of like PA, except cannon implies you do damage...

Except maybe try adding a pike instead of a diffusal?
You don't always want lance (pike) on lightnings/aghs build (you need to rush domi and maelstrom, stack yourself camps and farm quick aghs+mjollnir...and after this you want big items and not lance) and since you can't use frost arrows as orb (cuz it would disable your lightnings) you can opt for diffusal which is a actually suprisingly good item for Drow with aghs/lightning build... anyway that build was about maxing dmg, you would always want BKB with this...
I tried the Scythe of Vyse + Bloodthorn combo in Antimage and it was really efective, some of my friends looked at me with a WTF face but at the end everyting worked out.
About the hero pool, I have tried Morphling and I really don't like the hero, same with Terrorblade. Maybe I could give a try to Tiny. What about Juggernaut? Is he in a good spot now? Also, what is/are the best build(s) in the hero?
Juggernaut's in that place where he's pretty much been viable the past five patches because there are so many versatile item builds on him. Check the guides, I'm really not the expert on Yugg here because I find him boring :)
