Just a thing; You shouldn't buff Naga Siren or BH. Both are in perfectly fine positions right now, BH probably in too good of one.
Like I wanted to talk about it before but what you've done is you've made Naga Siren support and core silly. Because core now has better illusions, and an easier time last hitting, and support now has better base damage to trade hits with offlaners, a more forgiving level 1 ulti (Level 3 doesn't make that much difference), and a better cast point on an already great disable. In effect you are over-buffing her.
And BH; Why would you buff probably the most successful hero at TI? A hero who spends the entire game basically wandering around the map. The hero needs minor nerfs, not buffs.
Huh, random Sniper arguments; Sniper was broken in 6,83 because of a mixture of an absurd lane (Kinda like Lina this patch in that he only lost his lane to a handful of heroes), Shrapnel, and comeback gold working suprisingly well on a hero who can KS and sit at the back line going pew pew.
Then Icefrog nerfed all of these things. He legitimately made Sniper a worse hero than before the Shrapnel rework with his nerfs last patch, which is sad.
He's still a snowballing hero, but he no longer lanes well which means he has to go safe lane which sucks, because it makes running a dual core harder and because safe-lane sniper is soul crushing. And he needs to be run in a dual core with something tanky at the frontline, because as Hamster says his manfight is underwhelming.
That and the fact that **** like Lina is in the meta right now means the hero sucks *** more than normal. If you want to make the hero good again, make Shrapnel a skill by like halving the delay. Because that makes him semi viable in the mid-lane, which is what the hero needs to have any relevance.
I still disagree with the constant demands to get him reworked to an INT nuker.
Ok, back to Sniper... what if, Headshot + Take Aim were removed, and his AGI gain was lowered again (like, to 1), and he had a new W, which functioned like a Powershot that scaled with his damage? Say, 1000 range, 90/115/140/165% of his damage in a line?
Assassinate reworked

-deals 200% attack damage
-bullet is shattered and jumped to 3 other targets for half the damage
-mana cost: 90
-cd: 8
Shrapnel reworked again:
-now ultimate
-Radius is now 600/800/1000/1200
-slows as by 20/40/60 and ms by 27%
-mana cost: 160
-cd: 70
