Can you elaborate as to why you disagree with the changes, and anything you'd suggest doing instead? That helps further the discussion a little more than just saying 'I don't like it'
Takes some time to go through everything in detail and I'm in the middle of exam preperations so it could take a few days, but I'll post then.
A lot of these are very similar/the exact same to ones I'd had, but I'm calling pure coincidence except maybe with the Reflection changes :)
I like most of these, actually, but am kinda miffed because I was going to post my ideas. Suppose I'll just refine them some more.
Things I like:
-Leshrac
-Terablade
-Morphling
-Blink Dagger. It's a reasonable idea and a huge buff to many items. However, may make Rod of Aui a bit overpowered since there's basically no escape now?
-AGHS ON CARRIES AYY LMAO
Things I disagree with:
-Gyro. Sure, he's ridiculous, but a movespeed nerf would fix a lot of that. Don't nerf his lategame, it's tenuous as it is.
-Necro changes. The hero doesn't actually need nerfs at all, he's really easy to outlane.

no dodges with just a bit more strenght?
Pl dopple not dispelling and with a delay? yo'll istantly die to nukes and stun
Btw yea, if you wan to add a cast point to Remnant, make it also disjoint projectiles. I am stuffed with Storm Hammers and Paralyzing Casks chasing me over half of the map.
more than 4 minutes cd on a skill like winter's curse? you just want people to skip that skill and go straight for stats over ulti don't you? the longest cd in the game is only something like 180 seconds.
Leshrac, you are right in the only ability of his that's wrong is Lightning Storm, and whilst what you've done is pretty similar to what I'd do, pls for the love of god nerf the bounce range as well. It's a little wrong when the jump distance is 650 off of a 800 cast range spell.
I could do that and that's a fair point, but as I said Lesh is not that OP, he just fits the constant fighting meta well. He doesn't need additional nerfs, so despite this one being fair nerfing lightning bounce range on top on what I've done would be overkill.
Shadow Fiend is a slight over-nerf to his early lane, you could essentially just revert it back to being 75 damage, but it doesn't make much difference.
6th most picked hero in TI, ultra-spammed hero in pubs, he definitely needs a nerf.
And it's *just* a nerf to level 1 raze, when SF hits level 3 and onward he's exactly the same as he is right now.
SF used to be a hero that required some skill at last-hitting to win mid...now he literally gets free souls with lvl 1 raze, it's a bit cheap that's all.
Increasing the illusions damage of PL; The hero is fine in a late game situation as it is, I don't think you need to buff it, even if compensating for the Doppel nerf.
I've seen 6-slotted PL's get *destroyed* in late game situations. I'm not even kidding, and they weren't counterpicked or anything, or matching up against a harder carry...they just kind of got to a point where they couldn't do anything anymore. The hero's scaling took a huge dent with the rework, his illusions lost about half their survivability and no longer have magic resistance, their duration went from 20 to 8/4 seconds, now the main PL is required to constantly right-click and put himself at risk to actually have illusions, he lost 1.2 (!!) agility gain, etc. No, seriously, the hero needs more presence as a carry, right now he kind of has the Weaver syndrome of "extremely hard to kill but lacks impact"...even when 6-slotted.
Lowering the cast range of Splinter Blast isn't a bad idea either to hurt WW, since the spell is incredibly solid risk free depush as it stands.
Splinter Blast is still a very low impact skill though. Cold Embrace is the only *real* problem with the hero, can't go overboard by nerfing everything :)
Octarine Core - I do not think you should buff the life-steal on the item whilst Lesh exists
If the octarine lifesteal was that good on Lesh, why would you even see Eul's Scepter of Divinity, Shiva's Guard and other similar items on Lesh after Bloodstone? I mean, if octarine Lesh was that good, why don't people rush it right after Bloodstone, or even as a first item and skip Bloodstone completely? For me, it just shows that the Octarine lifesteal is really weak even on Lesh.
Clarifying question; Does Stasis Orb prevent just plain old TP scrolls?
No, it doesn't. I just updated the description.
If you allow it to cancel TP scrolls, you'll get heroes like Bloodseeker, Templar Assassin, Weaver, Lifestealer etc rush this item just to cancel TP scrolls. Wouldn't be very balanced, you can't have this happening, so no.
free pathing. If people are stupid enough to get close to a cliff with those heroes around, they deserve to get stuck on a cliff. If anything, reduce the time of free pathing they receive so they actually have a chance of remaining stuck there.
Well yes they definitely deserve it. However, the rest of their team doesn't. The thing is, cliffing is a ****ty mechanic that just ruins the game for EVERYONE in the dumbass's team. What if your mid player gets stuck on a cliff for 5 minutes just because he's stupid? Your whole team has to pay for it, and it's just terrible, terrible game design that essentially ruins your game at the 0 minute mark for everyone. A team can recover from feeding first blood easily, but not from having their dumbass mid or carry player stuck on a cliff and be level 1 at 6 minutes.
1) Have you considered nerfing Gyro's move-speed so he can't run people down? Like he has above average move speed as it is, and lowering that drastically reduces his ability to bully solo laners against him out of the lane by himself. It doesn't reduce his kill potential with rotations, but you cut down on his solo kill ability hugely.
The big problem with Gyro is that removing Rocket Barrage's cast point was the worst idea ever. Actually I thought about it, putting the cast point back is the only way to do it, otherwise indeed he can just run people down endlessly.
I don't like the idea of a MS nerf. Gyro should be more of a ganker, less of an AFK farmer with flak IMO. The hero needs to have good solo kill potential with a level advantage, that's what he's all about really.
2) No Techies nerf? You might think the hero is still trash, but I mean I'm expecting some kind of nerf to his ability to push, since it's really good as it stands. Like lowering Remote Mine damage so that level 2 with Ag's does kill creep waves by itself.
Techies is not overpowered in competitive. Yes he's good at grabbing early kills with heroes like Tusk, he's good at early pushing, but what he does is completely limited to the first 25 minutes of the game. Afterwards it's back to "I plant invisible mines and it's all I do"...and in competitive it's just bad.
And Techies is DEFINITELY not overpowered in pubs, since the only problem with Techies in pubs is when he's in your team :)
His waveclear is insane, but the farm he gets from it is completely wasted on Techies and he's constantly stealing his carry's farm.
Techies was trash, it's normal that he gets buffed. I think he's fine as he is.

U wat? Anti-Mage's blink has a 0.4 second cast point. I just gave Ember's escape skill the same cast point as AM's, or as literally any other escape skill in the game. Instant escape without a cast point is broken, it's just that simple. It doesn't prevent him from dodging, it just makes it balanced.
Just a bit more strength? If you don't think giving him 57 additional starting HP is an important buff, you never played this hero. It's not like all Ember does in the early-mid game is jump on people and manfight them with Flame Guard or anything...

I think longest cd is Black Hole with 280 or something.
Anyway, Winter's Curse is fine as it is, imo.
Also, buff Chen a little, just like Icefrog does every patch.
