Rite will refresh cooldown whenever you kill a unit with that, the damage is your normal damage + the bonus damage written there, according to level (sort of searing arrow). Therefore, if it fails to kill a unit, the cooldown will be applied.

Hey, just realized I messed something up in my application that has caused an issue for one of the judges:
My heroes' ultimate has 4 levels for the 4 heroes and no stated level amount. Currently I'd say that they get the last level at lvl. 20, but I don't know if I can change anything for clarification. Also, as the 2nd and 3rd levels are basically the same, I'd like to know if changing it to be 3 levels instead would be acceptable, for clarifications sake. I'm fine either way, but I want to know before I make any changes.
