I remember there was guy who made a reddit post with his analysis of which heroes have been buffed/nerfed in the last patches and he drew conclusions about which heroes the most likely to get powercreeped/buffed into meta/nerfhammered out of meta/etc.

If anyone has the link or remembers the post pls post. This was one of the few actually useful posts on reddit.
