hey guys

how do you insert photos/images from your own library?

i have amended photos of the map for one of my guides and i cant seem to insert them into it?

any help?

I think you have to upload them to a site like imgur and then use that link.

i feel irritated by this as well. If dotafire adds feature to instead upload an image, i would be much obliged.

You need to use a 3rd party website, because these images have to be on a server that's always online (or as much as humanly possible), this means you're taking up storage space somewhere. There's no point in DOTAFire adding this as it would mean they'd need to buy more space, there's plenty of free image hosting sites as is, and imgur is simple enough to use anyway.

Problem is.... Imgur, reddit, (and sometime ago, youtube) is banned in my internet server.... Like, it was suspected containing pornography, gambling, etc...
