The problem with the spells with same names and such hasn't been fixed yet.. been trying to do so for a long time, I'll let the devs know about it again, hope to fix it soon.

Gives a chance to avoid attacks and to deal critical damage. Drunken Brawler will always activate if you have not attacked, or have been attacked, in the last 10.0 seconds.
Dodge Chance: 10/15/20/25%

Notes:
- Drunken Brawler does stack with other sources of evasion.
- The guaranteed critical attack and guaranteed dodge chance are on separate timers.
- If Brewmaster is guaranteed to evade the next attack on him, the icon will turn orange, and he will gain a shimmering effect around him. If he is guaranteed to preform a critical strike on his next attack, a red streak will appear on the icon, and he will gain a red shimmering affect around his shoulders and weapon.
Treant Protector can cast spells and remain invisible under Nature's Guise.
Living Armor damage block applies to all units, not only heroes (can't confirm this information yet, there's nothing on dota2.com nor the Official Wiki).
-- Io -- Tether bonus movement speed is 17%, not 20%. Overcharge description still says the draining is 3.5%, while it is 4.5%.
-- Tusk -- Snowball is missing the gather radius: 100 (automatic) / 400 (manual) and the launch time: 4s. Walrus Punch is missing the buff duration: 10 seconds. Its name could be changed to Walrus PUNCH! too.
-- Elder Titan -- Echo Stomp is missing the channel duration: 1.4
It does two instances of damage: 80/90/100/110 as magical, 80/90/100/110 as physical. Astral Spirit is missing the buff duration: 9s

Don't think this is needed, I don't think updateding Dismember duration to 2.95 is also needed, or Viper Strike to 5.1 duration. It's just mechanical stuff, and it doesn't impact the game in any way.
