To anyone who wants to play [Io]], here are some basic tips:

1. Know your partner well and be able to communicate effectively with them

Peppo is probably the only person I will play Io with, since that game, we've learned that we needed a clear system for when Peppo ( Tiny) wants to Relocate. We're going with CTRL Pings.

2. Be effective in Lane, but don't be a nuisance

Your main job early on is ensuring that your partner finds plenty of Farm, but sitting Mid all day long spamming Spirits and Right-Clicking the other guys is not always a good idea. As long as you're in the same Lane, you'll take half of your partner's Exp, so only be there when necessary. Spend the rest of the time running around Bottleing Runes and Stacking Jungle Camps for your Partner's Flash Farm (you can feel free to leech Exp from this mind you <}3 ), or perhaps even Roaming with the other Support.

3. You're a giant golden Creep in Late Game Teamfights.

Position yourself where you can keep up with your partner, but don't sit in the line of fire. You're Squishy an easily Picked Off, remember that.

NEVER PICK Io IN SOLO QUEUE

You should only ever play Io with a friend, communication is the key, no one communicates in Pubs.
