Ive been thinking this for awhile: aghs omni gave a free glyph for the entire team (also units) with <3 mins cooldown.

How strong is it?

Very situational, only would help they are going staright for your Ancient and your main carry(or just a hero wihtout whom you could never win a teamfight) has ~25 sc left to respawn and no buyback. In other situations ult on your allies is much more important.

Decent against rat dota and in a base race.

Aghs-refresher Omni = guaranteed baserace. It's pretty legit actually.

True it sort of acts as a double glyph but it stops PHYSICAL damage. So in reality it stops all pushing heroes except for two. Pugna and Leshrac so I'd argue its a double glyph in most situations. And its by far not glyph like for the whole team. A player with common sense will buy Diffusal Blade against you and purge your carry and destroy him for breakfast unless he has a bkb. So its not a "free glyph" more a "mostly reliable physical damage negater" for the whole team/towers.
Your new diet for heroes; You will need 4 wards (cuz wards taste better), 1 set of tangoes, 1 mango, 1 cheese.
With this you can make a nice Tango Mango Cheese platter. You can wash this all down with a nice bottle of water, Can be flavoured with red, green, yellow, blue, purple AND GOLD!
Caution: Taking roshan 3 times is required.
