-a laning phase that says "suck ur nukes *****"
-a ganking abilities that easily made his fire big fast
-a lategame power that has no honor whatsoever and is a total **** to low ground
-a name that is often mispelt ember instead of imba
-a broken hero

Hex, Silence, Black King Bar on your precious Earth Spirit and he's still broken. ;)

Maybe slightly overpowered, but he's not the worst.

I think he's still a bit too elusive when using SoF, normally you should be able to catch him just after SoF ends but then he can just remnant away instantly. Maybe his instant cast time is the issue and this could use a nerf. Like give him a 0.5 second cast time on Activate Fire Remnant or something.

Personally I'm having huge trouble catching out that elusive prick unless I get the big bertha like Blink Dagger/ Abyssal Blade or such. Kind of like Tinker.

His laning phase is not that good because he's extremely weak to harassment, his only way to win the lane is to get kills.

His main weakness is that he's very vulnerable to silence because he's not a natural Manta Style or Black King Bar carrier. He can go manta or BKB but the only thing these items really do for him is dispel silence defensively, it's kind of a wasted slot otherwise.

Define "worst"

Pre-nerf Faceless Void or Terrorblade level.

Or if you want some true brokenness, old Lifestealer level. You know, when his ulti was a 20 second BKB xD

I wouldn't call Ember Spirit broken. He is bit OP but only if you let him get farm and snowball.

I've heard you guys said "old Lifestealer days" before.

Apprently the 20 seconds is sarcasm after searching patch notes.

So can anyone tell me about the old times?
