STOP DOUBLE POSTING

Dedicated to the Mods here.
I see too many people double posting and feel sad when our mods here wok so hard to keep this site shipshape.
So guys, i can post individual events of double posting in last 3 days or just give a friendly advice to all the members here.

Bunny RAbbits dont like double posts they die when you do it. every time you double post,
A terroblade purchases Sange and Yasha
A Crystal Maiden goes carrying.
A magnus misses his Reverse Polarity.
Bots spam our forums
a person makes troll guides
A riki goes shadowblade
An IO goes carry
A newb goes mid or feed
WORLD PEACE IS HAMPERED.
AN EMINENT PERSONALITY REJECTS THE REQUEST TO DO A DOTAFIRE INTERVIEW

Are you referring to the double posts that are two different posts, or are you referring to the posts of



and on and on again?

I think hes referring to me and some others who post one thing and then instead of editing our last post, make another post consecutively.

If you are the last poster you are supposed to edit the post if you have to add some text.

If you edit something I don't know whether it show a notification to other users (when the fire goes coloured instead of grey) so sometimes when you edit people will either ignore it or miss it completely.

Exactly, that's what I keep saying. If you make such a post, or double post what you posted (same post twice, you can just delete it). I can't just come in like a knight in shining armor and delete all the double posts. (or keep track of them all for that matter).

If noone has posted anything else since you have, odds are, most people are going to read the entire post if you edit it. It's fine if you post something, think of something else a few hours later and make a seperate post for that though. If you think of it a few minutes later, just edit the post.

If you're making a correction, i.e. you said that in Game X, while playing Hero Y you purchased Item V, just edit the post to say "Item Z"

Finally, DON'T CLICK THE "POST REPLY" BUTTON MULTIPLE TIMES. If it takes a while, just wait for it to go through.

We need a thread on posting etiquette and general rules of behavior.
I think i will make one if i have spare time.

You have to realise that sometimes the post button does not respond resulting in people mashing the **** out of it,resulting in multi-posts :/

I do realise it, and I don't care! Learn how to wait a few seconds! 8{3
