Balancing Phantom Assassin

S&Y is horrible on AGI heroes and ABSOLUTE TRASH on phantom assasin.

Actually it's a very early game item. So pre drum and you either build that or Vlads due to them both using Basi.

So basically, Aquilla is like a bottle; best to get quickly due to it dropping off fast.

SnY is almost like getting Orchid on a agi carry. Wasted gold.

atleast orchid has a regularly usefull active and is good on some heroes like clinkz and sometimes brood and mirana support, S&Y is just wasted gold on AGI heroes. especially on regular S&Y heroes like juggernaut bloodseeker riki. on troll and riki its not horrid but even then there are ALWAYS better items to get.
and i throw up every time i see a PL, razor, sniper or terrorblade pick one up. (actually S&Y terrorblade makes me shoot blood out of my ***.)
the only AGi hero that comes close to a good S&Y carrier is slark, but well *COUGH* SKADI *COUGH*.

Makes him a fackin racecar i can clear the jungle and send illusions to the offlane as they run so fast.

I have seen SnY in pro games. They built manta separately while keeping SnY in their inventory.
