I play a fair amount of legends of dota and have had a lot of time to experiment with this kind of thing, my favorite thing used to be the fountain hook combo ( Meat Hook, X Marks the Spot, Teleportation and some random ulti)

On a note the hero you should use for that is silencer, he has really good agi gain and good int gain being an int hero.

Considering I have done all the OP as things frankly my dream would be to just be incredibly tanky and run everywhere at max movement speed, probs some bb skills and razors passive I think, dunno

I'd choose a really high intelligence hero and pick up Outworld Devourer's ulti. Then, I'd probably get Necromastery, Arcane Bolt, and something with a really long stun.

On a ranged agility hero like Mirana :

Blink
Take Aim
Essence Shift
Phantasm

Meet the one and only, Statseeker :)

And yes, it works, Phantasm illusions you create get the stats you stole with Essence Shift for massive firepower (Manta on Slark is horribly underrated ^^)
