Notes : I really liked the idea in general. It seems like a good one, but a tiny bit lackluster, maybe because it has so much stun (but hey, who doesn't like stuns).

Notes : This hero felt like he's everywhere. A tiny bit of unit pausing, a huge threshold on his ultimate, and an unrivaled escape mechanism. I don't really think he is balanced, I don't feel anything could really kill him (maybe silencing him)

Notes : I feel like this guy is probably the easiest one to use out of all the posted ones, if paired up with a good initiation. Reason for 7 instead of 8 at balance is that the ultimate seems quite a bit strong.
P.S : 2 of your skill icons are from the game "Path of Exile", the second one and the last one.

Notes : This actually feels and looks like the most unbalanced thing I've ever seen. So basically, if all 10 heroes are in the ultimate, there's a 10 second stun to everyone to stop the teamfight?You can actually even kill teammates with this, which is even worse. Neither of the skills actually synergyse with each other, it's just let's add more to this guy so he deals more damage. Passive is useless on one side (abandons), overpowered on the other side (deaths).

Notes : The only reason why the originality is not 10/10 is because Nebulate is basically a weaker version of Blur in my eyes. Lore was kind of meh, too, a tiny bit too short for my taste. What is worse that actually none of the lores ANY of you come up with have absolutely nothing to do with the DOTA universe. It's like you are trying to expand it, not live inside it.

Notes : Hero itself feels quite unoriginal, with some skills feeling like mashups of current ones. The lore is quite decent, but I don't feel he can actually be used in tantem with any hero in the game. Also, in the first skill description, who/what is Lodestar?

Notes : 10/10 for originality, it's really new and refreshing, however, I do not feel that he is that balanced, his third skill seems a tad strong. Lore was really good and enjoyable to read, even if (again), has no relation to the DOTA 2 universe.
