Ow ow ow. Radiant is screwed. That Lycan first pick immediately screams "run an aggressive trilane", following it up with PL was suicide as you now can't run a defensive trilane. They've already picked two pushing heroes, so it was a really bad move. They'll screw your dual lane and then the supports will rotate into the woods to kill Lycan.

KOTL/PL works very well against a solo offlaner, but with no stuns you're very vulnerable to that aggressive trilane. With that Lycan first pick you had to follow up with two strong AOE supports to give you a chance. With the picks made, you'd probably need to run Lycan offlane, Magnus mid, and shift SD to bottom to give you a chance.

I'd rather jungle with Lycan and leave the off-lane empty, but I do agree with that.

But anyway, the Dire team has the pushing advantage: Pugna and Dragon Knight deal huge damage to towers, while Lina and Sven are decent at killing creepwaves; in a hypotetical game, I can easily see them pushing tier 2 towers at 13-20 minutes while Lycanthrope struggles to get farm and PL tries to take some towers - unsuccesfully because Lina keeps clearing the waves. The only way the Radiant team could win would be by dominating the laning phase and, at the same time, making good rotations to pick off that Pugna without making PL stay back in farm and levels. Very difficult and almost impossible.

the thing is that after the draft loadded,I wasn't able to press the pick button and was able to ban my first hero with 30 secs left :/ so i panicked and picked whatever i saw :(

Using Inspectre by Multicast, gives a slight advantage to Radiant based on an algorithm. Also gives a slight synergy advantage Radiant. :P

I agree with most said, though a well placed RP can rape down the three squishy heroes really quickly on dire, leaving 2 melee carries to try and take out the enemy team on their own. But then again Cleave will eat PL for breakfast. :<
