Hey guys,

today I wondered if Eul's on Slark is viable. I tried it once and it worked out. But then again my skill bracket is quite low.

The advantages I can see:
- Ms-Bonus: Slark can always make use of Ms.
- Eul's active is nice to catch up when you don't have pounce ready
- You have one more purge and can use the active to pounce away after the cyclone. Eul's makes it even more disgusting to catch Slark. (okay, other items can offer this benefit as well)
/You can use it to save allies.
- My main reason: the awesome mana-regen Eul's offers. IT synergizes nicely with your ult. With Eul's, you don't need to return to base and you don't have to rely on your mates arcanes.

The disadvantages I can see:
- Slark is shockingly squishy. Going Eul's after treads leaves you very vulnerable against nukers.
- Eul's doesn't help you to increase your physical damage. You have to use your q to farm much more than Slark actually should.
- tbc.

What's your opinion?
Is Eul's on Slark viable, situational or shouldn't be considered at all?

Just get Diffusal Blade if you want a purge.

Do you have any suggestions on how to get mana-regen? Diffusal offers +10 int, but does it suffice so that you don't have to return to base?

Get Aquila or even Drums, and use Tread switching. Between Aquila constant regen, Slark's low INT gain and Q's low mana cost, Tread switching really helps a lot.

Ring of Aquila, Power Treads switching to intelligence before you use Dark Pact to farm, and Iron Talon to bring the big jungle creeps to low HP and then clear a camp with only one cast of Dark Pact.

Eye of Skadi is the best mana item on Slark. By the time you get skadi you have essentially infinite mana.

Buying mana regen items on Slark is kind of a waste because skadi is more or less core on the hero and already gives you all the mana he needs. Any mana regen you buy on top of it becomes wasted gold at the end of the day.

Orchid Malevolence is much better for what you're going for (mana regen)
