THen maybe they should buff it by calculating it before %?
Nah though it pains me to say it I don't think Crystal needs either buffs nor debuffs at this point, she's quite allright - good pick and winrate, but not OP. Her sister, on the other hand, may suffer some nerf, atm she's even too good as a %5 support because she easily finds the core farm.
I actually think Lina is the most imbalanced hero in the patch. Like, her entire skill-set is ridiculously good, and she has practically no weaknesses. As a 4 position she rarely struggles to get farm, and even without it she's really impactful.
Look at all her strengths;
Incredibly strong laner. Like she wins the vast majority of mid match ups.
Scaling AOE disable with a strong damage out-put and crazy low cooldown. It's a 2.5s disable with a 8.5s cooldown or something silly?
Above average damaging nuke with a 1025 range on a really low cooldown.
Highest natural attack range in the game.
A high physical damage out=put even without any right click or damage items because of her passive
Can spend most of the game at max move-speed again because of her passive (That's with brown boots and Eul's only).
950 damage nuke on a 50s cooldown, eventually a pure damage one that pierces BKB.
A great flash farmer because of her two nukes
A great split pusher because of move-speed, nukes and the fact sending a single hero back to deal with her push is suicide because she will just blow it up, and still take the tower and racks thanks to her physical damage out-put.
Her ability to do these things are not overly reliant on her being farmed, and her skill-set means she naturally acquires it.
Her weaknesses;
[*]High mana cost spells? I mean her natural itemisation deals with this, and her mana is enough to farm those items quickly. She doesn't even need to build Mana Boots to keep it up.
[*]Squishy early on? Well yeah, but she runs around a 522 move-speed, never has to be on the front-line, and even if you kill her she will have blown someone up at the start of the fight so it doesn't matter that much. She also builds items that make her tougher to kill, in Eul's, and Ag's and usually Bloodstone
She's relevent at all stages of the game, and does practically everything really well without having any major inherant weaknesses. She also massively devalues BKB as an item, which is the bane of a lot of cores.
So yeah, I personally think Lina needs more than just a tweak to Laguna.
Most of her ridiculousness comes from laning stage. Her attack range is ********, just ********, she can trade hits and harass freely, and vs melee laners she just throws LSA, Q and rightclicks them under passive without even drawing aggro. From lane domination comes her fast Eul's which let her kill most heroes 1 vs 1 without any effort whatsoever. Later in game she is too easy to initiate on unless she gets like Blink+BKB+Shiva's but that kinda makes her a walking ult.
What needs to be done IMO:
-attack range from 670 to ~600;
-Eul's cast range from 700 to 600;
- Dragon Slave damage from 110/180/250/320 to 85/155/225/295;
- Laguna Blade cooldown from 70/60/50 to 70;
And that's all I think. Laning only gets ridiculous after lvl 5 vs ranged heroes, and she can't kill the whole map as easily with a 12th minute Eul's.
