U srs? Depending on the hero it's actually pretty easy. Once you factor in other *******s in your lane though, screwing up creep aggro, then it gets harder. But if you're completely solo in the lane, then you SHOULD be getting 82/82, missing perhaps 1 or 2 if creep aggro is more autistic than usual. I've managed 78/82 in an actual game once (admittedly as SF but the point stands). Obviously it's easier as OD, TB, those guys, than as CM or Spectre, but still is quite doable.

Then prove it. Get 82/82 in an improvised SF challenge, no skills/items etc. goes as Xyrus proposed on any hero.

Ok, so in my post-midnight exhausted state I went and did it. Missed 1, but that was entirely by human error. If I'd been paying that ounce more attention, I'd have gotten it, and made the challenge.

It's absolutely possible. Whether you get that level of freefarm, though...

And it is possible to get perfect cs, it's just improbable to achieve in an actual game. Mostly because it's incredibly dependent on match-up and the circumstances of the lane.
