Use existing icons in the DFire database and treat it as if it is an original icon.

originality ?

if you dont make a lore then how original the submitted idea is will be not as high one with a lore will be.

lore back story explanations skill set name images icons all are encapsulated within *originality* thought that would be self explanatory.

Silencer's Nemesis
Slark's Nemesis

I suppose these heroes meet the requirement of being nemesis, don't you think? To be honest, I also had Hades in my hero stache that I haven't posted yet lol

I was thinking more counter type of nemesis, but I didn't state in the PM, so...
