Well, that's bad. I hope you will somehow recover it soon.
At least you can start from the email. If you are able to get your email back, recovering and changing the steam password should be fine...I think...

i doubt if you will get your account back (as in friends and commendations and stuff), but im pretty sure you will get your entire inventory and games back.
