Commending Players

I never ever commend people. Not even if they win me the game by going 50-0.

I think it's unnecessary, and even if it's cool to have lots of commends on your profile, I don't really care about it much.

If people ASK for a commends, it makes me want to commend them even less.

I think the one time I would commend someone is if they were nice, and good players. Because these kinda players are quite hard to come by.

Sorry, don't do commends on demand ever. Asking for them is really lame and just shows you're an egotist. Any decent player knows one person doesn't win the match, it's a team effort.

I do make an effort to commend players quite often, but probably end up reporting more unfortunately.

I'll commend players who are friendly, play for the team, positive, polite, funny or do a good job in a difficult position. I'm more likely to commend support players if I'm core for some reason and they do a decent job - just because I know it's difficult and how little thanks you usually get.

Most frequent commending is when the whole team plays well together and communicates, win or lose. If we held together even when things were against us, that's a commend in my book.

We should remember to use them more, encouraging good behaviours is more important than punishing bad ones.

Still don't know how you got that many. Have you have been playing since beta or something?

If I played really well or if a other hero (even the enemy) played well, i'll say "commend me and team" or "commend the sven" or something. Never when I play badly.

I give commends if someone played well, or if they were really nice or cooperative. Sometimes when I can tell I have a "we are all going to carry" team, I'll say "if you support, I will commend". Usually works.

I think i am currently at about 56 - 34 - 12 - 28 or something close for commends.
