INTRODUCTION

Viper can have many roles like a Carry, Support, Tank and DPS.
Here in this guide the primary role of Carry is shown.Has a full potential of Ganking.
There aren't any pictures and videos, and it is quite different from many guides.
HOPE you enjoy the guide.

Skill Explaination

POISON ATTACK
Primary skill which you will use to net all the kills in Early-Mid game.In the earlier patch the CD of skill was 4/3/0/0 but now there in no CD at all.The skill needs to be spammed a lot.

It is a ORB EFFECT remember. Never purchase a lifesteal or any other buff placer or orb effect as you make mess up your signature skill in the early and mid game untill the lifesteal item becomes a must.
The skill has
10%/20%/30%/40%
Attack speed and Movement Speed reduction with a mere 20 mana and a
DPS of 10/16/22/28
enough for early game harass. But when the game moves to the late game the orb effect would hinder your ability to fight 1v1 with many lategame carries. The heroes who make you buy a lifesteal are Lifestealer , Anti-Mage, Drow Ranger (with lifesteal) etc.
BUY A SATANIC IN LATE GAME WHEN YOU KNOW YOU CANNOT FIGHT THEM 1V1

NETHERTOXIN
Best last hitting ability in early game.It doubles the bonus damage when every 20% of target health points are missing.
Bonus Damage: 2.5/5/7.5/10
Maximum bonus damage: 40/80/120/160
Only half of the bonus damage is dealt to creeps and buildings.

CORROSIVE SKIN
This is what makes him tanky.Nightmare for weak harassers like Sniper,Drow etc. Remember to use it wisely and do not follow only the built given in this guide for eg: If there is a Luna who has taken a early Moon Glaive you would do more damage than her if the Glaive hits you.You can also take a early level of you are against a spell spammer as it gives a decent magic resistance.
Attack speed Movement speed reduction: 10/15/20/25
DPS: 10/15/20/25
Also the resistance is
10%/15%/20%/25%

VIPER STRIKE
Your spammable finisher in early-mid game whereas looses its damage felt and only functions as a slowing skill.
Attack,Movement speed slow: 40%/60%/80%
DPS : 60/100/145
Mana: 125/175/250
Total Damage: 300/500/725
When there are lot of weak int and agi heroes definitely this will kill them easily(in this case you must make Aghanims Scepter, and when you gank a strength hero who has a escape initiate with this for reduced speed and then hit with your Poison Attack.

ITEM Explaination

Tango Healing Salve for the health regen they are basic on almost every hero
2X Wraith Band give the much needed stats and a good damage early on.

In the early game if you are harassing a lot and netting few kills then
Ring of Aquila will keep your mana topped up

Now here's the point ... in many guides i have seen Vanguard as a core item.
Vanguard
Due to Pseudo Random Distribution in DOTA2 the actual chance of damage block is 66.7% and damage block is 20.It gives +250 hp and +6hp regen
http://dota2.gamepedia.com/Pseudo-random_distribution
Mekansm
Mek whereas give stats +5 to all and also a +5 armour and also when acivated +250 hp and +2 bonus armour in an complete area.So just for +2 extra regen do not buy Vanguard.
IF ANY ONE ELSE ALREADY HAS MEKANSM THEN DO NOT BUY AS IT DOES NOT STACK AND GO FOR VANGUARD

Power Treads: Movement speed with toggle-able str, int, agi

Bottle only for mid lane.

Aghanim's Scepter 12 sec cooldown for Viper Strike a increased range and half the mana for max level with some extra stats is a good item. But when the enemy team has a STR lineup or teleporters and blinkers is not use investing 4200 in it.

Black King Bar when enemy team is armed with stunners and Int spellcasters(Specially Invoker and if he is playing good you need this item desperately)

Shadow Blade You dont have escape and it gives you one

manta/ Butterfly You are AGI carry and they are best any one can buy .

Heart Survival my friend!!

Monkey King Bar helps you to cancel the teleporting and also gives true strike so you can counter Riki, PA and Talisman users.

ORB Walking

Only few heroes have this capability and it includes Viper Poison Attack

The heroes like
Drow Ranger Frost Arrows
Huskar Burning Spear
Silencer Glaives of Wisdom
Clinkz Searing Arrows
Enchantress Impetus
Outworld devourer Arcane Orb

Only these heroes have ORB walking skill.
It basically means without getting the creep/tower aggro you can harass the opponent.
When you are near the towers and have few creeps around still you can MANUALLY cast your Poison Attack and not get hits from the tower.Remember if you leave it on AUTOCAST you will get the creep/tower aggro, this helps you net the first blood without much loss of hp.

IMPORTANT POINTS

PROS:
Extreme Harass potential
Easy last hitting skill
Good attack animation
Chasing Power
Strong Game presence in all phases
Versatile

CONS
Low base HP
Low base Movement speed(below average)
Countered by Teleporting or Blink
NO disable or Stun
No escape mechanism

The player should know some basics about the play style like:

Understand orb effect and buff placer
    Constant map awareness as
Viper is a Ganker
Should have proper farming skills(no auto attacking should manually last hit creeps)
Must survive as you cannot afford to loose XP and Gold

Enemies and Friends

Ally
For Healing

For Invisible

For TP cancellation

Enemy, all those with Burst Damage

Heroes with Silence and Faster Movement speed are also sort of enemies but you can still counter them.

Silencers
doom bringer

FAST MS
lycanthrope

LANING
When you go to the side lane if there a Huskar or Venomancer in your team you should lane with them as it is sure you will get the first blood.

Its really difficult to handle Viper Huskar or Viper Venomancer lane

Crystal Maiden give you the mana regen for poison attack and the Frostbite seriously makes opponents go back to base

In a case where Templar Assassin is on opponent team she would definitely turn up to mid lane so you should go mid lane as you poison will destroy her Refraction charges.

Best opponent is a noob Queen of Pain as when she shadow strikes you , you deal more damage to her if your corrosive skin is maxed up.SOUNDS FALSE??
Here's the math:

As when she Shadow Strike you (maxed up situation)
Damage dealt is over a time of 15sec and damage is 425
But Corrosive Skin has a damage return of 25/sec
that adds up to 375 damage over 15sec on that you have 25% magic resistance so
0.75*425=318.75 after counting the magic resistance and you deal 375 damage which is 56.25 damage for absolutely no reason and free of cost.

SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME AND IF I HAVE MISSED SOME POINTS PLEASE REMIND ME
