Well it could be worse, last time we got someone who picked alchemist because he wanted to get aghs. and then he didnt lastpick in time so we randomed. We got a brewmaster that i played, so we were incredibly lucky. =D
Also i see your signature says 322 kunkka games. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Intended?
I agree with Tim about the first game. However I think we might have still been able to take the game just because we were so far ahead at some point. We just threw pretty damn hard, and TBH I think I played super bad, I messed up very basic comboes and maybe I could have made the dagon work if I had pressed my advantage as I got it pretty early. But as said, my play was nowhere near the level it should have been. But still, the game was so clowny it was fun anyways :D
But I agree with the idea of having more push. Like, if you had a DK instead of the Puck you probably would have won that game. Because Timm gave you so much more early momentum than the Puck (The Puck's Dagon also seemed like a bad pick-up in hindsight but eh), and you could have abused that to gain momentum and gotten more of an advantage.
However; credit must go to the Earthshaker, because he made the plays to get Radiant back into that game. Even if he could've done more in the laning stage, he got a great Blink Dagger timing and I only think I saw him have one bad Echo Slam in the game once he'd gotten hat.
Thz for crediting my ES :)
Yeah, I can understand the Puck pick to keep them in place for Sniper. The only problem was that I was sitting in the background or standing on the site waiting to CC him to death. Poor Alenari( don't listen to Wulfstan: a sniper is no machine gunner ;) )
Seagulls got a good early momentum but after he purchased Dagon, he had no progression for 20 minutes. Overall I'd say that Dire lacked pushing so maybe a Desolator for Sniper could have been a good Idea.
I watched the cast by Wulfstan and it was a close game at all times. Though Dire had a much better laning stage, they hadn't much more gold or exp.
I think what cost you the game was bad teamfighting, when we caught you out of position it was game over due Wombo Combo. But the fight at Dires top T2 shows that you were able to kill us all when you initiate.
I agree with L0bstz0r. You bought sentrys dust and gem. It killed me in the T2 fight top. And the sups often cancelled the ult but at a certain poiont he had a surprising refresher and killed them wile stunned or in silenced due Static Storm.
About game 2 my opinion is that there were some aggression/salty in all chat for no reason though they were winning due better playing. Radiant hadn't enough damage and died too fast. What should I do as Leshrac when my whole team is ded ( besides my bad positioning and playing this game).
Overall I had much fun. It's always a pleasure to play with Zaop because of communication unless you steal his captain hat ;)
Second game was just a wombo combo draft that didn't work. Not much to say here, no lockdown possible against Ember and Storm who have instant escape skills with zero cast point that allows them to reliably escape Blink Dagger- Chronosphere (we're literally in "icefrog pls" territory there, I've always been saying that zero cast point escape skills are OP as ****), and no reliable damage in chrono either.
For the record I asked for Doom or Legion Commander offlane, because no lockdown no win. Got Void, which is notoriously bad against instant escape heroes as you can see pretty clearly in the replay (or in any competitive game where you see Voids missing every chrono against heroes like AM, and even AM has a cast point on blink). Couldn't make it work...don't think it was possible in the first place.
I could have gone Shadow Blade just to remove the cast point on chrono, which blink doesn't do. But even then we had no damage in chrono.
Draft was pretty much unplayable for me...you need heavy lockdown to deal with heroes like Ember and Storm and we didn't have any reliable way to disable them or even damage them...GG.

Storm does have cast point in ball lighting, it's only the remnant that is instant. I think a big problem with your draft was that you were really ult-dependent. When Global was on cd we'd do whatever we wanted to.
No, there was a lot that radiant could have done in game 2. In fact a huge amount of it came down to item choices, as well as a couple of questionable skill builds, and engagements. (Like you went on Ember Spirit twice with early Chrono's where you had nowhere near enough damage to get the kills, or your WD wasn't quite in position to commit Death Ward)
Like, me and Snuggles discussed it at length during the match; Silencer built entirely wrong for the game, and thus you had no damage when you needed it most. Like Silencer farmed extremely well (By the reasonable level that could be expected of an In-House, and not say a pro-game) at the start of the game, got like an 6 or 7 minute Midas (They had a midas and 800 gold at like 8:40, so I didn't catch the exact timing_, and then went into Ag's... On a position one Silencer. That gold could have gone towards a really early Scythe of Vysse, and then into say an AC. That would've given you both the extra lock-down and damage you needed for an awful lot of these early kills, and at the very least would've helped to dictate the Storm Spirit's item build into something that they didn't want to go into, like a second item BKB. As it was, like the Ember Spirit was capable of picking up a BKB that skill had 10 charges at 50 minutes, because your itemization just didn't apply much pressure to it.
Instead he went Ag's Refresher and you had no damage or lockdown to add to these fights beyond his globals, and you never had enough damage to kill in the duration of the global as a result. Like, sure you had a great wombo-combo draft, but you needed to itemize well to make it work outside of than.
It almost seemed like the Silencer and Faceless Void should have swapped position in game, and you should have gotten a Mask of Madness and used to accelerate your farming speed till you were fat and would give your team the damage it needed. (You had an amazing laning stage on that offlane. Like, you were on par with CS with the Ember Spirit for sizeable time, and yet you got nothing done with it).
There was just... A lot you guys could have and probably should have done differently, and you could have made that line-up work if you had done even a couple of these things. Even if yes, Storm Spirit, and Ember Spirit played extremely good games ( Ember Spirit had the dream ember game, being like 9-0-2 before like 20 minutes), your line-up was I'd say inherantly stronger. You guys just executed it more poorly than the other team.
i think i said all this in the cast but ill repeat it again about game 2.
1. Silencer built really really wrong. as a pos 1 silencer you need to build towards right click. he went aghs refresher which is not what he should have been doing. it is great for team fights yes but your basically going a rich pos 4 then. you need to build rightclick and escape. i mean even a pos 4 silencer builds forcestaff and silencer didnt have anything to escape. he needed silver edge then scythe or he needed to go full pos 1 and build blink S&Y and A/C and Scythe and bkb. i feel if he had built right the game would have been won very easily by radiant. silver edge in hit ulti e, q right click to death. he could have killed storm so easily if he had. you guys were left with no physical dps and nothing to sit in the middle of a fight doing damage.
2. offlane void did well early game but then he went for damage items which is the wrong idea for an offlane void. he needed to go sustain and utility which is what he should have been doing. basically aghs bkb refrsher. he went maelstrom first core. so ... yea u guys lost a hige amount of initiation there...BUT he was kind of forced to go right click so you cant blame him because silencer went aghs refresher.... HE did go blink which was awesome idea :)
3. void playstyle. stop farming so much. as an offlane void you needed to be looking for pickoffs. you and witch should have teamed up and just hunted heroes everytime your ultis were up. i didnt see one combo early game. honestly you two should have laned together. run dual lanes and i feel you guys would have had a much better mid game.
TL;DR - Silencer built incredibly wrong and because of it you guys failed at all stages of the game.
sorry I couldn't stick around longer than one game, I had to help my family prepare 4th of July festivities. What did I miss after I left?
Also, what all did I do wrong as Slark and did I do anything right? This was my first inhouse playing as 1 position mind you, so I was obviously going to struggle (does anyone know any good 1 position heroes for beginners?).
One last thing, where do I go to pick up my "maelk award?" Do I get a special dotofire badge?
