Spectral Blade





Oblivion Staff- 1675
Claymore- 1400

Total: 3075

Passive: Mana Blood- grants 6 mana regen for 7 seconds everytime you killd an enemy hero
Stats: 75% mana regen, 46 damage, 18 attack speed, 12 INT

A blade forged at the Void, it has the ability to restore mana with every blood shed

Yes you may, here is one feedback 4 u.

Way too underpowered. If I'm reading it right (which I may not be), when you kill an enemy hero you get rewarded with 42 mana... That seems like not nearly enough.

if you want something like kill-to-mana thingy, make it applicable for creeps as well.

I buold this item for mana hungry rightclickers

Applicable to creep would give infinite mana.

Ever heard of an item called orchid? Pay 1050 more and you will get 25int, 30damage, 30 attack speed, 150% mana regen along with a silence, and easy build up too!

Why don't you make it work like Sadist?

It gives extra mana when you kill a hero!

And less when you kill a creep...

The only hero that i could image in being good on would be Juggernaut
Before you ask why, think for a moment, why not.
