A quick blog on hero skills, and Item skill idea's?
You can post a particular hero, and change an existing skill - or just generally new skills/items.

Some existing idea's I have -

A passive hero skill similar to bash - but instead of bashing it will silence an enemy hero.
Hero would need to be melee (probably a carry)
level 1/2/3/4
10%/15%/20%/25% chance

Silence last 3 seconds, skill cd 5 seconds.

Quater Staff upgrade. Afterall it is called a Quarter (1/4) staff?
4x quarter staffs, creates one staff. (total cost: 3600)
+40 dmg
+40 AS
Active - cast on self or allies to increase MS by 25% and AS by 50% for 5 seconds. CD 20 seconds. It CAN be purged. - I can see lots of uses for this item, especially ranged heroes.

I've noted a LACK of agi based, mid price ranged items - Yasha, well and truey seems to be the only thing around the 2k mark. Everything else is low or high (diffusal, eaglesong etc)
This needs an update, a new agi-carry based item would be good.
