So yeah, I've had this done for like a week, but not had time to post it.

I'll be doing this in three parts, since I've done stuff to almost every hero (And still need to think about what to do to some heroes who I feel need buffs or nerfs, but not sure how to).

Hero Changes;
Abaddon:
Ephotic Shield Cast Range increased from 500 to 600.
Curse of Avernus attack speed slow changed from 5/10/15/20 to 5%/10%/15%/20%

Alchemist;
Acid Spray mana cost rescaled from 130/140/150/160 to 110 at all levels.
Unstable Concoction radius increased from 175 to 250.
Unstable Concoction mana cost rescaled from 120 to 90/100/110/120
Agility gain increased from 1.2/level to 1.8/level.
Chemical Rage grants an additional 150/200/250 HP when active.

Anti-Mage
Mana Break now deals 80% of burned mana as damage.
Mana Void cooldown decreased to 60s.

Axe
Berzerker's Call cooldown increased from 16/14/12/10 to 20 at all levels.
Duration of Berzerker�s Call on Magic Immune units halved.

Bane
Enfeeble Mana Cost rescaled from 95/105/115/125 to 70/80/90/100
Enfeeble Cooldown increased from 10 to 25/20/15/10
Attack range increased from 400 to 450.

Beastmaster
Base HP regen increased to 2.0HP/S
Wild Axes damage increased from 70/100/130/160 to 90/140/190/240
Wild Axes Mana Cost rescaled from 120 to 90/100/110/120
Boar Armour increased from 0 to 2 at all levels.
Boar HP increased from 200/300/400/500 to 250/350/450/550

Bloodseeker
Base agility increased from 24 to 27.
Rupture duration decreased from 12s to 10s
Added Aghanim�s Scepter upgrade; Rupture now can gain up to 1/2/3 charges, with Charges being accumulated every 60 seconds.

Bounty Hunter;
Shrukien Toss mini-stun goes through magic Immunity.
Shrukien Toss mana cost rescaled from 90/115/135/135 to 70/80/90/100

Chaos Knight
Chaos Bolt mana cost decreased from 140 to 110/120/130/140
Reality Rift now slows from 20% for 2s after cast.
Phantasm Cooldown decreased from 140 to 140/120/100
Strength gain increased from +2.9/level to +3.1/level

Clinkz
Int gain per level increased from +1.55 to +1.80

Crystal Madien
Base move speed increased to 290
Base INT increased from 16 to 20
Aganhim�s Scepter now cause the Slow to pierce Magic Immunity.

Dark Seer
Vacuum Cooldown rescaled from 28 to 32/28/24/20

Dazzle
Weave Armour reduction rescaled to 0.5/1.0/1.5 (1.0/1.5/2.0) per tick

Dragon Knight
Breathe Fire damage rescaled from 90/170/240/300 to 120/180/240/300
Dragon Tail Damage increased from 25/50/75/100 to 75/120/155/180
Attack point changed to 0.4 (Total attack time unchanged).

Elder Titan
Stomp Radius increased from 475 to 550
Aganhims Scepter Earth Splitter increases the crack radius from 300 to 400

Ember Spirit
Slight of Fist Cast Point increased to 0.25
Cast Point on Activate Fire Remnant increased to (0.4/0.3/0.2)
Agi gain per level increased to 2.2/level

Gyrocopter
Flak Cannon Cooldown reduced from 30s to 20s.

Huskar
Attack Range and Burning Spears cast range now 500 (From 400/450)
Burning Spears duration decreased from 8s to 4s
Life Break cast range increased from 550 to 650.

Invoker
Damage per Exort instance increased by 2 per instance for all levels.
HP regen from each Quas is halved at all levels.

Keeper of the Light
Mana Leak now mini-stuns on initial cast.
Starting Strength increased to 16 from 14
Base Armour increased from 1.1 to 1.9


Kunnka
Torrent Effect Radius increased from 225 to 275
Base damage increased from 55 to 60.

Legion Commander
Increased base HP regen to 1.5 HP/s
Added Aganihm�s Upgrade; Duel now disable Passives, and doubles damage received from Duel Victories (This is done retroactively like with say Flesh Heap from Pudge).

Leshrac
Removed Impact Delay on Split Earth (So he still has the silly cast animation, but it is a remarkable improvement).
Increased base Strength by 4, to 20.
Lightning Storm Increased Slow Duration from 0.75s to 1.25s

Lich
Increased Ice Armour bonus armour from 3/5/7/9 to 5/7/9/11

Lifestealer
Feast now inflicts a stacking debuff per hit that reduces movement speed by 2/3/4/5% per stack (Up to a maximum of 5 stacks). Lasts 5 seconds, and each subsequent stack refreshes the duration
Changed BAT to 1.6

Lina
Increased base damage by 3 (From 49-52).

Lion;
Mana Drain drain per second reduced from 30/60/90/120 to 30/45/60/75
Mana Drain Cooldown changed from 20/15/10/5s to 10s at all levels.

Lone Druid
Summon Spirit Bear cooldown rescaled from 180/160/140/120s to 130/120/110/100s
Added Aganhims Scepter Upgrade; Spirit Bear gains the same Bonus Armour and HP as True Form grants. Decreases cooldown on Summon Spirit Bear to (60s). Decreases Gold Bounty to 100.

Luna
Increase base Strength from 15 to 20.
Increase attack range from 330 to 360
Aganhims Eclipse now applies the stun to each Lucent Beam.

Lycan
Wolves can no longer attack if more than 2000 range away from Lycan.

Magnus
Increase Strength Gain per level from 2.75 to 3.00

Mirana
Sacred Arrow mana cost increased from 100 to 140/130/120/110

Morphling
Adaptive Strike cooldown increased from 10s to 20s.

Naga Siren
Ensnare cooldown reduced from 14s to 10s.

Nature’s Prophet
Nature’s Call now summons an additional Treant at all levels.
Increased Base Strength from 19 to 21

Necrophos
Aganhim’s Scepter Reaper’s Scythe now imposes a 500 gold increase in buyback cost (Instead of disabling them entirely)

Nyx Assassin
Vendetta duration now re-scaled to 30/40/50

Ogre Magi
Increased Fireblast cast range from 475 to 525
Decreased base armour by 1.
Decrease INT gain per level to +2.1 (from +2.4)

Outworld Devourer
Astral Imprisonment can now be ended before the full duration with a new ability that replaces it during the duration. (Stolen from Sando, but I happen to love it)

Oracle
False Promise cooldown increased to 40s

Phantom Assassin
Phantom Strike Jump now pierces Magic Immunity
Decreased Cou de Grace damage from 230/340/450% to 200/300/400%
Increased Cou de Grace proc chance from 15% to 20%
Decreased AGI growth per level from +3.15 to 3.00

Pugna
Increased STR gain per level from +1.2 to +1.5
Increased base armour by 2 (from 1.24 to 3.24)

Riki
Blink Strike now applies a mini-stun on the strike it gives.

Sand King
Replace Caustic Finale with more conventionally useful ability. (No idea what it could be, but I really think it should happen).

Shadow Demon
Stacks of Shadow Poison now slow for 1/2/3/4% per stack.
Decreased Disruption mana cost from 120 to 90/100/110/120

Shadow Fiend
Revert the damage increase of Shadowraze (Reducing back to 75/150/225/300)

Slark
Pounce leash duration rescaled from 3.5 to 2/2.5/3/3.5
Essence Shift Duration rescaled from 15/30/60/120 to 15/30/45/60
Base Armour reduced from 1.94 to 0.94

Sniper
Shrapnel now gives 1/2/3/4 charges.
Assassinate Cooldown increased from 20/15/10 to 30/25/20
Increased Base Strength by 3.

Terrorblade
Metamorphsis is now Terrorblade’s Ultimate.
Added Fortify Image as new ability;
Reduces damage Terrorblade illusions take by 25/50/75/100% (So Conjure Image illusions take 400/375/350/325% damage total)
Grants a passive movement speed increase of 5%
Illusions deal 5/10/15/20% more damage to non-building units.

Spirit Breaker
Reduce Nether Strike cast time from 1.2 to 0.9s

Storm Spirit
Ball Lightning Mana cost increase from 12+0.7% of max mana to 12+1/0.9/0.8%
Static Remnant damage rescaled from 140/180/220/260 to 80/140/200/260

Sven
Increase base INT by 4.
Warcry Armour Bonus reduced from 4/8/12/16 to 3/6/9/12
Warcry Movespeed bonus increased to 18%

Treant Protector
Increase Base movespeed by 5.
Increased Base INT by 1.

Troll Warlord
Whirling Axes Blind miss chance rescaled from 60% to 20%/30%/40%/50%
AGI gain per level decreased from 2.75 to 2.25

Part 2 will be up later with moar heroes. (Probably including something for Earth Spirit, but I don't know the hero quite well enough. If you've got issues or suggestions of changes, pls do share.

Bloodseeker too strong. There is a difference in immobilizing 1 hero and 3. I think it is too much.

What the hell were you thinking when you nerfed invoker?

nobody messes with invoker. He's just too hard to balance. needs a lot of thought.

Well it's a 180s cooldown to have 3 charges of it. (And you don't retroactively gain charges on getting the Ag's, which I probably should've mentioned). So I'd argue it gets balanced out a little bit.

Eh, I personally find Burning Spears a little obnoxious having an 8 second duration, given then stack. I think it's a fair trade to increase his effect harrass range, but make his harrass damage less silly. If I really wanted to kill the hero, I'd stop it stacking, and just have it refresh the duration instead.

I think that Chaos Knight needs buffing, quite badly. He's worthless as a competitive hero (And I maintain that patch-logs are based around balancing the competitive game), and to my understanding it's based around two things; His snail's pace farm speed, and the fact that without ulit up he's pretty useless. And the cooldown on Phantasm having such a long cooldown does not help this. So, I've improved his rotation ability slightly (Or at least given him stronger kill potential in lane), and decrease his downtime.

See I was unsure of how do what I wanted to do with Invoker, so I did something extreme to help get advice for it. What I want to do, is to make Exort focused (So either Quas- Exort, or just Exort) a viable Invoker build compared to Quas- Wex. Since Quas- Wex just seems to be a better build. I was thinking of just having the Exort damage increase, and maybe like a buff to the lower levels of Sun Strike, but not entirely sure.

Next part of this should be up soon, and thank you for feedback thus far.

Since you just can't have enough Chaos Breaker.

Bane buffs boys. Such strong support, now he is the absolute strongest laner in the game.

That buff might actually be too strong tho. If you want to make Enfeeble a laning ability its probably going to be pretty OP. Because they must wait 20 secs for each last hits and lack of purge in lane made the ability OP.

That Invoker change... please no
If you want more Exort players either improve alacrity to make physical dmg invoker more viable or increase damage of the single skills. Buffing the exort orb effect won't do much.

I can decrease the duration I guess. I just don't think the hero is very good atm, and want to give him something to make him more than just a set-up hero. (And even then I'd argue he's outclassed at that nowadays).

Enfeeble seems like a decent way to do it, because it's a great ability, but gets kinda under-used in my eyes.

This is OP I think. Granted, it's on a 180 sec cd for triple Rupture, but you will get a single one in at a third of that time, it's not like it's a Black Hole which you can only use once per 180 sec. Plus, it has a wicked range, so it's a guaranteed disable.

Bounty Hunter;

I strongly disagree with the trend of increasing Ember Spirit's cast point, I think it would make him useless, because it would really hard to pull off SoF+Chains comboes off cleanly.

The double dmg is too strong, this would mean a +36 dmg per victory at lvl 3

This sounds really nice IMO

Luna

I think the Shrapnel change is good, it's way too good at the moment. I don't think the Assassinate nerf is needed tho. Better not nerf him to the ground

Terrorblade

I would leave him the way he is, he's not THAT strong, the good thing about remnant is that you can leave it just for a value point

Bane isnt just a setup hero. He is a great CC hero. Even outside of lane he has his powerful ulti. Also he is quite tanky and has high damage, making him a strong support
