There's also going for the win before 30:00. The biggest reason a Dusa can be hard to Kill is Stone Gaze, not Mana Shield. So long as you can prevent it from going off, any Hero that deals a lot of Damage, e.g. Phantom Assassin, Clinkz, Troll Warlord, etc. can take her down in a few seconds.

You can either try Silencing her before she gets her Manta Style/ Black King Bar/ Linken's Sphere with heroes like Nightstalker, Skywrath Mage, Puck etc. use good Single Target Disables, e.g. Lion, Axe, Bane ( Nightmare, not Fiend's Grip), etc. or just wrecking her Team since she does so little by herself until Late Game. Bear in mind, she's not the Hero you want to be focusing early on, she's a walking Ult without Farm...well, Mystic Snake is good I guess.

I've seen people say they want solo roamers. Usually they don't go solo, 'tis why the term "Roaming Duos" was coined.

Venge is a good roaming.
Sky is great, pair with someone with stun
SD is ok, he's only good at roaming, barely useful later on.
Bane is pretty good
Mirana is awesome, pair with someone with setup
Sven is great.
Earthshaker ruins mid heroes without mobility
Sand King can catch up in the jungle
