I'm just wondering, what exactly is the role of Eul's Scepter on a Pudge? I'm guessing its for the stun, that makes landing hooks easier, or anything else?
Also, can anyone give some advice as to what boots are best for which situations on Pudge?

it removes all silences from him and helps him in dodging stuns as well as nukes, making him less susceptible to ganks.

Arcanes: When you gank a LOT and need the mana. Usually mana problems can be solved by a Bottle
Tranquils: when you use Rot a lot and need speed inbetween lanes
Phase: Never seen this one Pudge
Treads: HP?

Arcane Boots - when your Team needs Mana
