Hi everyone , after a long absence I came back and have a new idea for balancing Earth Spirit.As you know this hero is pretty strong early - mid game but fall off hard in the late game.So these changes was about to make him weaker early game and stronger late.You can share your ideas or just vote in the pole :). Enjoy!
-Damage rescaled from 125 to 100/125/150/175.
-Stone Knockback Distance from 2000 to 1400/1600/1800/2000.
-Stone Stun Duration from 0.75/1.25/1.75/2.25 to 0.5/1/1.5/2.
-Cooldown rescaled from 22/18/14/10 to 20/16/12/8.
-Earth Spirit is now invulnerable during the 0.6 cast time.
-Cooldown rescaled from 16/12/8/4 to 12/10/8/6.
-Damage type changed from magical to pure and pierces magic immunity.
-is now considered as a spell and costs mana.
-Max Charges from 6 to 4.
-Charge Restore Time decreased from 30 to 15.
-Remnant Duration decreased from 120 to 15.
-Gains 1 charge instantly per enemy hero kills. (stone charges cannot go more than 5 charges <Can increase cap by 1> also the added stones will not recharge)
-Damage per Second decreased from 50/75/100 to 40/55/70.
-Damage type changed from magical to pure and pierces magic immunity.
-Cooldown reduced from 80 to 80/60/40.
-I don't think he will be weaker than he is now that BKB piercing silence buff can be huge in fights and also keep in mind that although I lowered his ultimate damage but As you may know pure damage wont be reduced by magic resistance or anything.The nerf point can be that you can't buy Veil of Discord for magic damage amplification.
-Yes , with remnants costing mana the players should use them carefully early game and will make player manage their mana more , you can count this an early game nerf.
Boulder Smash cd should be 20/16/12/8 instead of 14/12/10/8
starting with 14 sec is too OP
and 4 stone charges is too low, 5 is better. IMO sometimes noob-- inexperienced Earth Spirit player spams remnants when they use Magnetize, but in the wrong place. 1 charge for combo and the rest 3 charges for Magnetize and you are out of stones.
Yeah , that was a bit unfair I changed it as you said. Thanks! although 4 remnants with 15 sec recharge time replenish faster than 6 charges with 30 sec recharge time and keep in mind if u get a kill in teamfights (supports usually die faster) you gain 1 charge so that would not be a problem and you can get used to it in time :).
