So the idea is that a hero become super ultra at level 25

Night Stalker: All spells aply full effect in daylighht except huntr in da nite.

Enchantress : Spirits numbers doubled

Keeper of the Light: All spells pierce spell immunity

Lion All spells gave an attack reduction of 40% debuff for 5 seconds. For hex and stun, this effect will be applied AFTER the stun and or hex is gone.

Faceless Void: backtrack chance increased to 35%

Crystal Maiden: Emits a global aura that slows movement speed of neutrals and enemies by 10%

Morphling gets a second Waveform called Tsunami and damage the same but area of effect increased with separate cooldown.

Naga Siren's Ult now effects THE WHOLE MAP FOR THE SEVEN SECONDS!

Invoker Gains one more ability slot so he can have 3 invoked spells at the same time.

Voodoo Restoration becomes passive, no mana cost and will be on FOREVER.
