the thing with the last one is that it is overkill. its better to have some extra utility since at lvl 2 you already do 362 magic damage, 812 damage with max napalm and 1 point in shackle.
and when both are maxed you do a rediculous 1450 magic damage.
so to improve on the build it would be better to get some utility instead of just another flat damage spell.
