I don't know how many, since I don't have DotoBuff, but I'm pretty sure it's

1.Morphling.50 games. 4 KDA. 52% winrate
2.Invoker.50 games.3.3 KDA 52% winrate.
3.Weaver.49 games.5 KDA. 70 % winrate.
4.Storm spirit.35 games.3 KDA 55% winrate.

Off the top of my head I think it's:

Queen of Pain 27 games.
Shadow Fiend 21 games.
Night Stalker 15 games.

New enough to the game that I try to play a range of heroes, but those 3 are definitely my favourites.

1. Ember Spirit 19 games played (36.84% winrate)
2. Storm Spirit 14 games played (35.71% winrate)
3. Windrunner 14 games played (35.71% winrate)

You can check it in game.
Click on you name in game , then click on heroes played. You will already see your 3 best heroes when you click on your name.

When you check on heroes played you will see in the order of best Win loss Ratio.
I got 11-0 on dazzle but that doesnt count because i have more games on other heroes. You can check it out
