After double Avalanche Toss, jungle stacking, etc. now we see another bug abuse slips through the need of fix and returns back to original DotA via "parity": Tinker Blink Dagger + Rearm.

People say that previous bugs are a feature of old DotA - okay, I'd agree if it is a bug due to Warcraft III, but heck, this bug is clearly an oversight of Valve and co. You don't need to use your brain to understand how messed up this bug is and it is one of the main reason why Tinker is getting so good (not saying that he's OP). Just a simple fix can solve this balance issue and yet IceFrog encourages bug abusing with the BS parity. This also means that Blink Dagger + Rearm is officially a feature and no longer a bug - and it leaves the balance issue a huge mess to deal with.

Is Fountain Meat Hook more OP than Blink Dagger + Rearm to the point that it is removed, but Blink Dagger + Rearm stays? Or Bloodstone Meepo is something that can break the game better than a slippery Tinker?

In my opinion there is no reason to encourage bug abusing: It completely destroys balance and also it gives unfair advantage to those who just discover the bugs but not sharing it.

Was the bug with Pudge's Rot so OP that it got fixed immediately?

Also some bugs are not even getting fixed. Can't we have minor update with bug fixes? Instead of having the bug fixes on all big updates.

Viper currently has 6 bugs. That's what it makes him so good.
Razor has 21 bugs and that's what it makes him OP.
Bloodseeker has 9 bugs mostly of them are negative.

Was the Fountain Meat Hook more OP than Viper's Viper Strike not getting dispelled?

There are tons of bugs in Dota 2 rather in Dota. There are more than 100 bugs and I know that some can be fixed fast some can take some time. It won't surprise me if IceFrog intends the change for Viper Strike to be undispellable just like he did with Tinker. Bugs have so much impact in the game right now and some heroes like Viper and Razor are almost to good because of them and on the other side some heroes are trash because of them (I'm talking about negative bugs).

Viper Strike is supposed to be dispellable? For me Viper's ult was already in the top 5 worst ultimates in the game...if you can dispel it it's completely worthless. Just get Manta Style to dispel it (manta is already a good Viper counter because Viper is single target), and Viper has no ult.

I have no idea why anyone would call Viper OP really, or even good...annoying to lane against yes but that's pretty much it.

Tinker is really OP though right now because he's too hard to chase, but personally I just think that's because Blink Dagger needs a nerf, like give dagger a 0.4 second cast time like Blink. Blink is just too good of an escape right now, this instant cast time is broken.

I'm not sure abou a cast time on Blink Dagger. As far as I notice, Valve didnt add cast time to any item yet. This is why Dagon is so good for killstealing.

When you punch Tinker, his Blink Dagger goes on cooldown.
And then Tinker uses Rearm, his blink goes off cooldown and he just blinks away.
This is horribly broken and in Dota 1 it doesn't happen that way.

@Unscathed : Force Staff actually has kind of a cast time...because it's not instant. Instant escape is OP, that's my point. There's a reason why Blink, Rolling Boulder, etc have cast delays.
Essentially I'm pretty annoyed that you basically have to build a Radiance to actually gank a Tinker.

Oh, so the 3 second cooldown on blink is non-existent on TinkTink?

Viper Strike is not dispelled by certain spells

Tinker is not OP. It's Blink Dagger + Rearm bug that makes him good. And no IceFrog will never give 0.4 cast time to Blink Dagger.

No it's not anymore.
