I'm a little confused with Huskar's changes and the question is was he literally "OP" or they just changed him. Berserker's Blood is one of the most that confuses me. Why did they changed it? Was it for balance or something?
New Berserker's Blood:
Ability: Passive, Affects: Self Huskar's injuries feed his power, giving increased attack speed and magic resistance based on missing health.
Increase Attack Speed: 8/12/16/20
Bonus Magic Resistance: 4%/5%/6%/7%
There will be a special visual effect when Berserker's Blood is giving a large bonus (60% missing health). This also indicates when Inner Vitality gains increased healing.
First stack lasts from 100% to 87% of Huskar's maximum HP.
Maximum bonus (14 stacks) is achieved when Huskar has strictly less than 3% of his maximum HP, which will provide 112/168/224/280 attack speed and 56%/70%/84%/98% magic resistance.
Ability: Passive, Affects: Self Huskar's injuries feed his power, giving increased attack speed and damage for each 7% of missing health.
Increase Attack Speed: 3%/6%/9%/12%
Bonus Damage: 2/4/6/8

I clearly don't know whether they nerfed him or buffed him with the spell change. Yeah Huskar would've picked up a Ghost Scepter throw Burning Spears while in that form. OK! They changed that. And later they reduced his Agility from 20 + 2.4 to 15 + 1.4. For what? Being "OP"? They couldn't choose his counters and cried for nerf? I've seen a lot of threads how to counter Huskar. But this is just to much with the Agility reduce, it's just non-sense. I also remember Huskar out carrying most hard carries with old Berserker's Blood. I remeber a fight when I played against Lycantrope (before Lycanthrope was nerfed), he couldn't kill me even with Power Treads, Vladmir's Offering, Skull Basher, Black King Bar, Howl, Summon Wolves, and Shapeshift. While I had Power Treads, Helm of the Dominator, Armlet of Mordiggian and Black King Bar. I used Inner Vitality on before I used Life Break. Once I did that he went down on Hp and I turned my Burning Spears off. I was healing from both Inner Vitality and Helm of the Dominator and had +100 damage and higher, and Lycanthrope just went dead. There were many Rampages before his 3rd spell was changed, after it to, and now I haven't seen a Huskar doing a Rampage, well not in my games.
Huskar's changes have ultimately been a buff, to try and get him into competitive play on some level. Before then he was a joke, despite his strength against certain line ups.
His role has changed quite substantially as part of the rework, he's gone from being mostly traditional carry to being a midlaner/snowballer/tank/semi-carry. The Berserker's Blood change is obviously the biggest one, but they also substantially boosted Burning Spear and Inner Vitality recently.
What he's very good at now is soaking up magic damage, on low health it does almost nothing to him, while not providing full immunity like BKB - hence people can still cast (and waste) spells on him. His improved Burning Spears give him substantial laning presence and can destroy some heroes. Inner Vitality lets him soak up masses of damage as long as he doesn't take too much at once.
He can still carry...to a point, he's even more snowball dependent now. The difference to his agility makes sense - it effects his attack speed and armour. He still gets massive attack speed from his passive, so that's pretty irrelevent - it's interesting that he now gets a set bonus to attack speed, better midgame, but doesn't scale like it used to. Skill is now better with no equipment, worse than before with lots: semi-carry, not carry.
Mainly thou it reduces his armour gain. That means he needs to buy more in order to resist physical damage instead of getting it for free. As you can imagine, with massive magic resistance, with enough armour Huskar is very tough to take down without pure damage (hero dependent, so this is reliant on counter-picks, bad balancing, and also counter-countered with BKB).
Overall though, the rework has been a buff, and a change of role - he's a semi-carry now.

Thx. But I still have this feeling that his armor will be buffed in the future. Not his agility gain but only his armor just like Sven from 1 to 4. I had that feeling for Sven and I also have it for Huskar to. My last match with Huskar: Your text to link here...
Can you image Earthshaker stole my Rampage at the end. It's like I knew he was gonna do it and he did.

He was changed just to mostly fit his theme: Since the start, he was meant to be a hero that fuels most of his skills with his own HP, that can regen with inner vitality and can synergise well with Berserker's Blood, a sacrificial lamb, martyr if you will, that would be most effective while on his death bed.
The problem was with the old Berserker's Blood that any lifesteal would just defeat the purpose of his theme.
