So i played doom a while back for fun and then totally grew addicted to the hero....i have tried many different items on him which everyone does and i wanted to try sumthing different so was thinking abt getting diffusal blade on him....
Also would like to hear others thoughts on whether this item will work.....

Never tried it myself but I'm pretty sure it really just lets him use the active on people and then right click, which is nice, but I think just going a Sange / Orb of Venom let's him slow people down enough to right click them.

If you do try it out, make sure to tell us, I'm curious to see :-)

Doesn't really make much sense to pay so much for a +22/26 agility item on a strength hero without a very good reason. If you want something different try Sange, Armlet of Mordiggian or Maelstrom.

You could just eat a small satyr and purge a guy for 5 seconds.You don't need diffusal blade, that's the beauty of Doom, the hero itself adapts, you don't have to adapt the item build.

Not very optimal, diffusal will also take up an orb slot meaning no satanic or stygian. You can get the purge or mana burn from creeps, although you'd want the damage from alpha wolf or a stun or net. You'd get a little armor, attack speed and mana, but you'd be better to grab an aghs or shivas if you want the stats.

Yeah, like Wulfstan said the only possible reason you would get is for the purge. And that purge can be gotten from a neutral even from level 1, so... no.
