Riki,
His weapons are green and purple, he can blink, he can stomp pubs, and his backstabbing does alto of damage, but blink is usually gotten at lvl 2

best weapon in the game? I dn its pretty big.

You can track down a courier and Charge and kill it, it ainte got no speed advantage on you.
