* Rage cooldown increased from 15 to 17 seconds
* Flamebreak cooldown increased from 11 to 14
* Tether movement bonus decreased from 20% to 17%
* Living Armor damage block instances from 7 to 4/5/6/7
* Chemical Rage bonus HP reduced from 300/600/900 to 250/500/750
* Gyrocopter attack range reduced from 375 to 365
* Team 2 now bans second instead of first in Ban Phase #2. (All other phases and orders are the same)

Pretty big nerf on Treant Protector, it was so fun to dive under tower on 1 lvl.

Cus alch is a more common meta pick and the bonus health is crazy good once he gets items like an AC to make him more tanky. At 16, he has a base 1176 hp (without stats)Now lets say he has a BKB and Heart for only STR/HP. Thats 300hp +50*19 whoch is 950+300 and thats an extra 1250 hp. With the extra armor, lets say its 20 which is about 55% physical resistance. In ulti he has almost 3k hp. Its pretty op even with his low STR gain. The 900 hp is about 48STR for get the about of HP. Plus like manta, he can disjoint projectiles like hellfire blast or witch doctors stun.

Today I saw Sylar run up onto the ridge, and attack the enemy barracks. They were all there, throwing spells on him, and he just shrugged it all off, enjoying his time tanking everything while chipping away at the barracks at a alarming rate.

He gets picked a lot, so a nerf was expected.
