- Morph cooldown reduced from 160/100/40 to 100/70/40
- Morph cast range increased from 600 to 1000
- Morph Replicate no longer costs mana
- Skill hotkeys during Morph fixed
- Morphling now keeps his own attributes under Morph instead of copying the target hero's attributes
Making a dumpster tier ability decent. And I mean decent, not good.
- level 20 talent changed from +30 Swashbuckle damage to -1.5s heartpiercer delay (from 2 seconds to 0.5 seconds)
- heartpiercer now goes through spell immunity when applied by normal attacks (not when applied by Swashbuckle)
- heartpiercer can no longer be purged except by becoming spell immune
- Level 25 talent changed from -16 Rolling Thunder cooldown to Rolling Thunder turn rate doubled
- Level 25 talent changed from -3s Swashbuckle cooldown to +5 Swashbuckle slashes (total 9)
Pango sucks, stop pretending. This guy is neither a good carry nor a good initiator. This makes his passive and talent tree finally viable.
- Poison Attack is now a spell, not an attack modifier. Cooldown rescaled to 6/4/3/2
- Level 10 talent changed from 8% spell lifesteal to 10% spell amplification
- Level 15 talent changed from +100 attack range to +120 cast range
- Level 15 talent changed from +6 Corrosive Skin damage to Poison Attack affects buildings
- Level 20 talent changed from Poison Attack affects buildings to Nethertoxin silences
- Level 25 talent changed from Nethertoxin silences to Nethertoxin 4% of max HP as damage per second
Nuker Viper. That's the entire point of the rework anyways.
- Grow no longer gives status resistance
- Grow bonus armor reduced from 5/10/15 to 4/6/8
- Grow gives +40/+80/+120 bonus damage and 40/50/60 movement speed like it used to
Making a hero immune to stuns is dumb. Tree Grab is a good idea but otherwise giff back old Tiny
- Now requires 3 Javelins instead of 2 (total cost from 4200 to 5300)
- Pierce damage increased from 60 to 100
- Active ability : Sudden strike. Performs a normal attack that hits everyone in a line in front of you. Ministuns on impact. 700 range, 75 mana cost, 30s cooldown.
The frog killed MKB, and that's *not* a good idea. No reason to make evasion OP.
Pangolier is a very solid hero at the moment. He's a disruptive hero rather than a primary initiator, but certainly has his place in drafts.
Naga's fine now, or very close to.
Viper, likewise, is fine. Spell lifesteal and the Corrosive Skin talent make him extremely useful as a frontliner.
MKB is also very good right now.
Generally, most of these are erroneously placed and make little sense.
And actually, believe it or not, Morphling isn't bad either. I just loathe the rework with all my heart. One of his level 20 talents could be replaced with "Morph replicates allies" and I'd be extremely happy.
There are two kinds of people in the world; those who can count, and those who can't.

He has no good role. Some people play him safe lane and throw because this hero has no scaling damage besides muh Javelin hits on an 8 second cooldown so he can't carry period. Some people play him mid and lose their lane. The least bad are the ones who play him offlane (solo or dual).
And frankly, independently of that, heartpiercer straight up sucks. 2 second delay, blocked by BKB and can be purged by anything. At the very least fix his passive.
lol? 35 damage per second from radiance so 10 seconds to kill creep waves? Ulti with 80 sec cooldown and absurdly long cast point? Illusions with no survivability? Zero tower damage?
Radiance Naga is a shadow of her former self. And non-radiance Naga isn't good enough yet.
Viper, likewise, is fine. Spell lifesteal and the Corrosive Skin talent make him extremely useful as a frontliner.
His carry potential is literally zero, since he has no synergy with right-click whatsoever. And none of his magic damage skills has any scaling either.
That hero doesn't scale period. Non-scaling mid heroes, bleh.
Also, his talent tree blows. His level 20 talents are the only good ones, and you can't even have both.
Corrosive Skin + 8% spell lifesteal is a good combo? Are you kidding me? What's 8% of 38 damage/second? 3 HP / second.
No ministun, no true strike, and 66 damage got replaced by 60 attack speed with is far worse since attack speed is less valuable than damage (just compare the cost-effectiveness of Demon Edge and Hyperstone).
Literally everything that made this item good is gone.
Why is Viper right click build dead anyway ? He still have 0 cd Orb Atack that counters tank heroes and now you break so **** you Phantom Assassin.From what i understood, this was not only changing Viper build to full magic, that would be dumb, but could go both ways, the 2 builds are actually viable.

But hamster is true that the magic build could use some buffs on the right branch talents(all of them sucks).
Naga should not be a poor man Phantom Lancer, she is better off as a support, her Aghs is underrated.In the early game she is very good with her 5 seconds root and trading hits, works nice in trilanes.Her urn got an upgrade now and it synergys with her aghs, and then she counters the Bloodthorn + Nullifier combo pretty good, u can even buy Aeon Disk for unstoppable ult saving.
The only thing she needs is to have a better cast point on ult so she can play around that(Plz mr frog i beg you).
Because he doesn't have a single skill that deals physical damage or any synergy with right click whatsoever. His 4 skills deal magical damage, which makes him a nuker. Like Veno.

What makes Viper's DPS better than Rubick's?
Rubick has a 60 damage talent, which is 10 times better than Viper's 20 AS talent. Does that mean you should play mid Rubick with right clicnk items?
Being an agility hero does not make you a carry in any way. Only right click steroids do that.

With aghs he can do it far better than her, and it is the best build.

This is why frogu keep nerfing her illusion rat farm side, so he can buff her ult and it could be viable.How many seconds CD do you think she need for her ult to be viable, remember we can still buy Octarine Core.
honestly with all the illusion nerfs naga just got gutted. she lacks an identity... she used to be a late game cut-all-your-waves kinda choke-you-out kinda carry, but that got removed... then she became a setup-for-ultimate-teamfight-combo support with armor reduction... but that got nerfed.
basically i think she either needs to get a new effect... or the numbers on her abilities need to be buffed so she can return to her former forms.
